The Oct Mule Ball is our Mule Halloween Celebration so everyone be thinking about what themed Party Games you want to have.....


The proposed dates are:

Oct 14, 15, & 16

or


Oct 21, 22, & 23

Well, I went ahead and voted for the 14th-16th even though I will only have access to the party on the 14th because I will be in Cancun the 15th-26th!

I picked a date, but either would probably work for me.

As I said on the other thread, I will organize the secret phrase game again and I have something else in mind that my mule will run, so I don't want to give too much away!

Just wanted to say though, that ALL Dis'ers are invited to the mule ball. You do not have to have been to the first one. You don't have to be well known on the board. If you're not sure what it's all about, search this forum for "mule ball" and you will get an idea of what happened at the first one. This time it will run over a few days and (I think) the teleporter links will change around over the event.

Lots of fun, so try to make it out for at least part of it.

Correct me if I explain this wrong....

A mule is a secondary character on VMK(in come cases 20th character) you made to get credits to buy things with. The mule does not normally interact with other players in the game. They have no clothes of their own, nor are their rooms decorated.

The poor things are treated very badly. So that is why these wonderful ppl created the Mule Ball! In return for all their hard work at getting our main characters all the good stuff.

Oh, and if you don't have a mule and don't want to make one..last time your normal character was also welcome.

Did I get it right???

BTW, any date is good but I picked the early one. I tried the last Ball but it wasn't doing much...I guess I was too early.

Lol CL_RealLabGirl! Perhaps I should restate that...I am very excited to be going to Cancun, but I felt guilty for having voted for dates I won't even be around for!

The poor things are treated very badly.

My mule will be locked in a darkened room by himself with no food or water while I am away on vacation the second weekend.

I MIGHT allow him to attend the first weekend ... IF HE BEHAVES !!
(he sometimes gets a little rambunctious when he's allowed out to play)

BriarLori you can come on the 14th the day before you go, if that week end wins, if just for a little while.....We will miss you! Or stop by the VMK Kiosk and play there Gotta make a Born in the Park Mule anyway

Typically VMK has their bigger event of the month that second weekend in each month. Not sure if that makes it more or less of a desirable weekend, only thought I would throw that out as a reminder.

Technically the 3rd week end is the week-end of the 22nd but VMK could be looking at it as the week end of the 14th they could go either way.

I do not see a problem with our event running concurrent with their event. Maybe more will attend or we will all have new party attire to wear.
