We are planning our first DCL holiday (we are cruising for a week on the new Fantasy :yay: and then having a week at 'home' at BLT). We usually take DS out of school for holidays, but next time he will be at high-school and wish to take him out for as little time as possible. We are cruising the half term week (October 2012) and since the cruise leaves on the Saturday (27th), we will need to fly out on the Friday (26th) - the day the school breaks up for the half term. We will need a flight home on Friday 10th November.
We usually fly Virgin, but realize that this time, with it being school holidays, it will be too expensive. We are willing to look at all flight options (although we would really like to fly in to MCO) and are happy to go indirect in order to save money. Any advice? Thank you in advance!!!

Would love to help you but not much you can do until flights are released Nov/Dec this year(11 months from your return date)

Thank you Wayne!!
I was kind of wondering whether anybody had any experience of what the situation was this year (i.e. who were the cheapest to book flights with for the October half term) so as I could get some idea of which companies to look at when the time comes.
