Prices seem to be a little bit pricey with Virgin at the mo , will they reduce them at any time or not

I'm afraid they will only go up. Your best bet would be to phone a few agents from teletext, i have always found them to be cheaper than booking direct.

VH have sold most of their allocated space on the plane already for Oct 08!

For October 06 flying out 2 weeks before the school hols, I paid around 1300.00 for 2A 1 Child with a mid car and insurance.

If its VA you should not be able to buy Virgin flights cheaper than direct, they have a price promise their online prices are the cheapest available.

For Oct half term prices have just gone up and up since being released. I guess they are selling well this year. Look at Expedia they have a sale in this weekend. I found some great priced BA flights to LA but can't go.

Oct from Glas direct is £900 per adult at the moment with VA Does it go up from that ? (over £2500 for 2 adults and a child)

When I checked VH we can get a complete package staying onsite for less than £3000 with a stop at Gatwick.

Doubt they will go up from £900 but if they are selling well they won't drop much either.

We just picked up some Virgin M&M flights for late October. 2 Adults and 1 Child for £1251.00. I am now hoping prices don't drop LOL!

That happend to me 1st trip to LA, could have saved 6,000 miles and £75 if we had waited for prices to drop.

VA did a sale just before last Easter for October flights but that was for LGW/MAN not too sure if they would include Glasgow as it is such a specific and limited route. I am sure the LGW/MAN flights were about £400 for economy as PE was about £840.

I think were going to do indirect, seems to be the only solution for us really , even though I'm a little hesitant really as it's something we've never done before.......but the girls aren't so little anymore so should be able to manage

After over 20 trips to US, about half have been indirect. Makes no difference at all to us, get Immigration and customs over with at 1st airport then when you arrive in Florida it right to the car rental, usually a lot quieter than if 1 or 2 Virgin flights arrive together.

Yes they are indeed!!! And availability with anyone is hard to find!!! Our wedding is going to be very empty over there, as people don't seem to be pulling their fingers out and booking, despite us having warned them for months

Is there still a lot to book? Oct used to be a cheap time to go(still is to West coast) but getting as expensive as other hoildays now.

Well, there's still well over half still to book (about 10 ish), but we're slowly pushing people to hurry up and get booked - two weeks ago noone had booked - now we've got at least 5 definites

Only problem is that it's none of my fiancée's family who've booked, which would be disastrous - tho i never trust the inlaws anyway
