Oct fireworks

This is our first trip and we were wondering how and when do they do the firework show when the park closes so early in Oct.?

I go on the official Disney website - and I check the calendar (up in the right hand corner) then click on the month and the park I want... then pops a calendar, then click on the date/number and it takes you to the page that lists the parade, and wishes times!!

For Oct 4 Wishes seems to be at 9pm - there are no WIshes Fireworks on Oct 6 and 7th (due to the MNSSHP party - cost $30 per person app) and then on Oct 8th it shows Wishes at 10pm... (with spectro parade at 11pm as well as 8 I think!!)

You need to go to the disney web site - disneyworld.com.
Go to calendars (MK / October 2005). Then go to the particular day you
are interested in and click that. I know in late October when we are going there are not fireworks every night.

THought I'd add that Pleasure Island does a nightly firework display at 11:45pm - not as elobarate of course as Wishes...

The Pleasure Island fireworks are at Midnight, not 11:45pm and last about a minute. Whenever I close at DTD on Sunday nights we always know it's time to clock out when we hear the fireworks.

Thank you for that info about PI Fireworks, I have to add I called CRO today to get the updated info for the Oct 4-11 trip we're taking, as the hours have changed (emh that is) and she mentioned that Pleasure Island's Firework show is at 11:45 that week!! (which I thought was strange because I thought it was a signal that its NYE... so the celebration is its New Years Eve every night at midnight a countdown, then a quick firework display!! but since she mentioned it, I thought I would too!!)
