Kathy, looks like we'll be getting your storm on Friday. It has been a crazy May. We haven't even hit 100 yet. Today will be 88 but it's going back down into the 70s this weekend. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining about the temps however the winds have been horrible. I usually like wind but this is getting crazy.

Good morning everyone,

still dumping rain here. I am so ready for summer.

Christine i know you have nice warm weather, maybe we should move to Vegas? Naw the summers would kill me when it gets over 100. But the winters arnt too bad.


I will try to get back with a few photos later, got lots to do this morning.

Who has plans for the weekend? I know Denise is at Heathers baby sitting, but how about the rest of you?

No plans here just grocery shopping, maybe watch a couple of movies?

We aren't planning on doing anything this weekend until Sunday. We are headed down to Indy to see my great aunt that I haven't seen in about 6 years.

Besides that I'm doing the usual dishes and laundry today and tomorrow since DH works nights today and tomorrow. Hoping to get back on a decent sleep schedule after working way late the other night. But, the more I work, the faster I get the cruise deposit and then paid off!

Anyway, hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Howdy all,

Gosh I thought everyone would have been here by now

I had a busy morning grocery shopping and taking minnie to the vet. It seems she was very grumpy and off all day thursday, didnt know why then yesterday while rolling over for a belly rub i got a good look at her canine tooth which had the tip broken off OUCH!!
No wonder she was grumpy all day, she had broken a tooth.

The vet said since it was just the tip there was enough enamel covering the end that it should be ok, Just have to watch in case its discolored later or redness for an infection. If she hit the entire tooth it may die off and have to be removed, so we are hoping she just hit the tip.
So many fun adventures!!


Its dumping rain still. Just such a lovely weekend.

Nobody else is around or more than likely they are avoiding me at all cost At least those who know me.


Our rain has let up for a bit and the sun is trying to peak out but the rain is still coming today so we will be in today, maybe watch a movie.

I made french toast and sausage for breakfast, fascinating huh?

I'm here, but we've had a massively busy weekend and now I'm getting ready to head out for the day and visit my great aunt. Supposedly it will take us almost 2 hours to get there, but I'm afraid it will be more with race traffic this weekend... I was NOT thinking when I planned this visit! Indy is just going to be packed this weekend... Oh well! DH knows how to avoid the race traffic on the interstates I hope!
