Sounds like you had an awesome time!!!! :thumbsup2

I'd love to see the pics...

Oh and now you know for SURE which side of the boat faces the sunset!!! :dance3:
I love those logos you made for our cruises! I sure wish I had them in my signature!;)

After hearing some of the prices people were booking at today, we've decided if we're going to do Alaska, it won't be on DCL. When you work in airfare, I just cannot justify it. I think we'll wait until the itineraries for the Disney Dream are announced and do our next Disney cruise (after this one) on the new ship.

Here we come.... I know it is a bit expensive but it is Disney and we can justify it because we are on the inaugural cruise. We were able to book it through our friends that have upper status with DCL. :cool1::cool1: Soo much for taking shorts on this trip, lol jeans and parkas

Do you have room for three more?!

We have booked our FIRST EVER CRUISE - and of course, we had to go DISNEY! :goodvibes

I absolutely could not be more excited!:yay: I have spent the better part of the day reading this thread - and after hearing back from our TA - I can finally post and say we're coming too!

It will be - myself (Melissa), DH (Kevin) and DD Madison - who will be 12 when we sail. We live in Virginia - between Staunton and Harrisonburg (Shenandoah Valley).

Looking forward to getting to know you guys and what we need to do for our first cruise! :yay:

We're in. Added on at Bay Lake Tower and took the seven night cruise incentive. Upgraded to a Cat 4 room because we're five (DW, DS12, DD10, DS8) and away we go. See you in 2010!

I created a countdown ticker - because you JUST HAVE to have one - there is bound to be some significance in: 1 Year - 1 Month - 1 Week - 1 Day! How cool!

:welcome: Melissa, Bob and families! We are happy to have you onboard with us! :dance3:

I'd like to echo that sentiment. Being one of the first to join this thread, it's been fun watching our little group grow.

Welcome both families. We have a great group of folks that are really looking forward to sailing on Halloween.

nenner1: those graphics are fantastic. Nice work! Love to see that on a T-shirt. Woo Hoo :cool1:

Thanks for the warm welcome!! Hopefully I can tear myself away from reading EVERYTHING to actually do some work at work tomorrow!

We couldn't wait and told DD about our plans - I used the cool "logo" in a card - the front asked - "What do you want to BE for Halloween next year?" Inside "We want to BE on a Disney Cruise!" - I had to wait until DH was home from work - too close to DD's bedtime - she's too excited to sleep - and we are 1 Year, 1 Month, 1 Week and 1 Day from sailing!

Question - which "cruise" travel guide do you guys recommend - Birbaum's, Passporter - any others?

I would recommend Passporter...we got it for our first Disney Cruise and it was very helpful.
