Welcome! What a perfect way to celebrate youranniversary.

Welcome aboard Nina!
My DH Mike and I will have just celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary about two weeks before we set sail!
Dh and I are celebrating 20 years together next month. Can we still celebrate this on board? 20 years is a BIG deal to me (considering he's the only one of his siblings still married, and me and my younger bro are two out of 4 siblings still married). 20 years, we can celebrate that all year long!![]()
Welcome aboard Nina!
DH Mike and I will celebrate our 27th anniversary on board on our last at sea day. We celebrated our 25th on the Magic (a little late) 2 years ago. We will celebrate again with a couple's massage.
I hope I can stay awake through it this time.
This is a happening trip with all the anniversarysFor me, each year is a big deal. It takes a lot of work on everyone's part to keep a job, a family, a home and a marriage together.
DH's birthday is also a few weeks before we cruise. This will be the last year he will be on the southside of 50which means I will be on the northside by then
Oh my! Someone sent me an AARP application this week. Am I really almost a half century young????

GOOD FRIDAY EVERYONE! And I did receive some Good news today! I received an email to print off our Park Voucher tickets from the Disney Give a Day Get a Disney Day Volunteer Program. I had been worried because after I heard that the program was now closed to all new registrants, I checked our account online, and noticed the volunteer event was only listed beside my name, and nothing beside DH and both DS's. But the email indicates ALL our names and a link to print a voucher for each of us! Now I just have to get my printer working.........![]()
I wonder how long you can hold off printing the vouchers out. Do you have to print all the vouchers out at once? I can't decide between DL, WDW or the pins!
Just found out yesterday that I need to go to Florida at the end of this month to take care of some business with the house over there. I'm taking my 31 year old DD, who is the biggest Disney nut, err I mean fan, that I know. We are going to be able to stay for 9 nights. The flight fees were the same for 2 days or 9 days, so yea for us! We'll be doing Disney this trip so I am so excited![]()
I still don't know if I should go ahead and redeem the voucher now or save it for when the 4 of us can all go together. We are not going to able to go pre or post cruise in October timewise. Humm.

August 29,2010 we will celebrate our 23rd anniversay. But these cruises will be the real celebration. Lois

Guess we should celebrate with the rest of thegroup. DH and I will hit 42 years just 6 days after the cruise.
One final note. I really like the idea of having a get together to celebrate our joint anniveraries. Janet and I alway celebrate on our cruises which have most often been serveral months past our true anniversary. August 29,2010 we will celebrate our 23rd anniversay. But these cruises will be the real celebration. Lois
hope that this note finds everyone well and deep into planning for this cruise. We have begun to look at what we want to do at each port. Since we are doing a back to back I need to be reasonable. So at Castaway we will just kick back and relax as well as snorkle off the beach. At Key West we will walk down Duval Street and just enjoy the city. Grand Caymen is Capt Marvins. Can not wait to do this excursion for my 3rd time.
That leaves St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Cozumel to plan for. We are thinking about doing a Maya excusion in Cozumel on on the island. St Thomas and St Maarten we want to do either beach. Cozumel does have a Dolphin excusion that has my eye but it is 100.00 more per person than the maya one I am looking at.
@tjbaggott- Your Graphics are killer! I was thinking about making some of the MAgnetic Images for the fridge. SO, How do you make your images, were do you get them and then have you found prices on sheets of paper under $2p/sheet. Does 8mil or 12 mill matter?
Fastpaks, thanks for the compliment! Honestly, I don't print them onto magnetic sheets anymore. I find it too expensive for the number I make. I print them onto plane card stock then laminate them and stick adhesive magnets to the back. I get the adhesive magnet sheets from our Dollar store, they come in a 5x7 size. I cut them usually into large squares and stick on the back of my magnets. I find that when laminated, they last longer, so I'll be using some from my last cruise for this upcoming cruise too.![]()
^^That's what we do now too!I just tried it for the first time after being a magnet paper snob (LOL) and really it did work great! I didn't even laminate and they still held up well on the card stock for 9days/8nights!
I decided to just use the card stock since the magnet paper is so hard to find and so expensive. I had found a place previously that had it cheap and used that two cruises ago but the ink smudged off everywhere and you know when little kids would walk by they would touch them, get ink on their fingers then wipe them off on our door or on other magnets.Wasn't so good by the end of the cruise.
@nenner- How goes the Lanyards? I like the vertical ones with the the zippers(ziplock style). I just saw them for the first time. I m so used to the styles at work where once you get the plastic on.. nothing is coming out of them. Then again I may never where one but w/e. Another souvenir is awesome.![]()
Thanks so much for the input, I will make sure to try to include a design like you mentioned to choose from (I had my eye on one but with slide in plastic instead of zippered but I am sure I will be able to find the ziploc style.)
Lanyard Lab lets you totally customize each part, so you can pick and choose the features independently of each other. The only downfall with using them is that their choices are way limited on orders of 100 (or less- not sure if we can even break it down smaller than that) AND I am not sure if we can get a DCL design or Micekyhead printed on they lanyard itself going through them (copyrights and all that jazz. I know of a company that will let me do that if we go through them, but some of their styles don't excite me...so I am still looking around)
I will narrow it down and get some examples posted up so everyone can see what they like and see approximate prices.![]()

A slide sounds good too. I saw some ones with a different holder than the work issued ones. I just never payed attention to any of them until then.
