I also have bad news.

My wife, son, brother, in-laws and my mother (seven of us altogether) were going on this cruise -- the first cruise for the in-laws and my mother.

Tragedy struck last weekend and my father-in-law suddenly collapsed -- cardiac-arrest/heart-attack. He has been in ICU ever since and still has not regained consciousness.

We canceled the cruise. This has been a rough week and this is the first chance I had to post.

Also, we need to drop out of the FE exchange and the TOT.

! Great to know another Diser will be on board with our large group. Have you had this cruise booked for long? Next month, it feels GREAT to be able to say it "We cruise NEXT MONTH!!"

I'm not sure if you can still sign up for the FE list. We now have two groups, one is Very large, thats group A and sign up for that is closed. But we did have some late comers that wanted to join, so a group B was started. Definately check out the 1st page, posts 1 and 3 (or 4), lots of info there about what this awesome large group is doing as a group, or smaller groups, as well as some of what DCL has planned for this cruise.

Thanks so much for all of the information. I was able to find the FE group B list, but still said I didn't have enough posts to send PM. I think I am starting to figure this whole threads and posts thing out.

It's alright when Janice sees this she will add you to Group B.

She made a great set of maps and as soon as we get all of the stateroom numbers settled we will upload those for everyone to download and print! They are really great!!

I think I have finally convinced Ron....we have decided to go to MNSSHP on 10/28. Very excited about that!!!!

This is a great group of awesome folks and we are planning on having a very awesome cruise. You can join in on whatever you want and also feel free to not join in. Since we are a large group we have many different activities in the planning stages and not all will meet everyones interest. Again WELCOME!!!!

Sure! I'll bring the lanyards for those who will be there that night...(or that day, we plan on arriving at 4) so you will be among(if not the) first to get them!

Boy it was like pulling teeth convincing him on that one (although he did search out the MNSSHP blog post and thread on his own so I think subconsciously he wanted to go. He is a tad "Disneyed" out (WDW not DCL) We have been there multiple times a year the last few years though so I do see where he is coming from as he is not as much of a Disney freak as I am. Plus the whole Fantasyland renovation thing looks...well....yucky! I had to promise him I wouldn't go commando and that we would focus on the parade and fireworks, etc. and that we wouldn't try to do too much the next day. Fair compromise I think~!

We did a lot of cruise shopping yesterday, grabbing a few odds and ends, clothing, shoes etc. La Boutique Tar-jay had a sale on T shirts so we got all but one of our embarkation shirts and the transfers are in the mail so hopefully I can get those made in the next week or so. Also my tie dye kit is also in the mail- we are going to try the tie dye mickey head shirts in Halloween colors for MNSSHP and Halloween onboard. Is anyone else making those (Hi Jennifer I know you are making some too!! )...I have never tie dyed before so we'll see how those come out!

Today I'd like to finish out all ToT typing and hopefully get some magnets made. It's off to "work" I go....

My DH Brian and I went to MNSSHP last night and had a blast! I love the parade and fireworks! They gave out better candy than we got last year too!
