Oct 30 2010 7 Night Western (PART 2)

watching the Disney xmas special that was on HGTV last year for a fix. I can't wait-we are leaving before Halloween and coming back to Xams!

I'm hoping there will be a soft opening of Osbourne on Nov. 6 & 7 (official opening is Nov. 8-our last night and we have MVMCP tix!) Anyone know?

Brian,

We are so sorry about your FIL and that you and your family won't be able to join us for this cruise. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. :grouphug: I hope you are able to cruise as a family at another time!

Vicki

What is the website that allows you to track the ships at sea? Isn't the Magic on its way back to the US?

Also my tie dye kit is also in the mail- we are going to try the tie dye mickey head shirts in Halloween colors for MNSSHP and Halloween onboard. Is anyone else making those (Hi Jennifer  I know you are making some too!! )...I have never tie dyed before so we'll see how those come out!

My 100% cotton t-s are in the dryer right now. I'm hoping to do the Mickey heads over the next week or two and start tie dying the weekend after next. I bought some iron on vinyl to make the jack-o-lantern ones, and I have LOADS of dyes. I can't wait to see how they come out! :goodvibes

On April 10th one of our two favorite ships set sail on a two week journey arriving in Barcelona, Spain on the 24th.

After 5 months of Mediterranean and Northern Baltic cruises our beloved Disney Magic has set sail once again heading, this time in a westerly direction to make her way home.

Stopping in Gibraltar, Madeira, St. Maarten, Tortola, Castaway Cay, and then finally her home Port Canaveral.

It will be a great sight to see her back where she belongs the morning of October 2nd. :cool1:

Yes, a couple pages back I wrote the above quote. The Magic is on her way!!:thumbsup2

This is a happy day for me! Finished all of my FE gifts - everything is bagged for each cabin and in a (temporary) big bag ready to be packed into a suitcase.

One thing checked off my personal "to do" list.

134 left to go......:rotfl:

Dw and I just got back friday eve from a quick, 2 night stay ad Bay Lake Tower, just us... no kids. Cheap $9 Spirit air flights. Dinner at California Grille!:cool1:

Very nice getaway:woohoo:

Wow, thats an accomplishment! I started the final laundering of summer clothes, that are then being packed directly into suitcases. The weather has cooled enough here, that we don't need ALL our summer stuff at this point.

FE gifts, almost done, most are packed into the gift bags (thought I'd have this done by now). My goal is to have all FE gifts finished and packed and the FE I'm making finished and most suitcases packed by Thanksgiving. That gives me what, 3 weeks?

It's alright when Janice sees this she will add you to Group B. :cool1:

She made a great set of maps and as soon as we get all of the stateroom numbers settled we will upload those for everyone to download and print! They are really great!!

I think I have finally convinced Ron....we have decided to go to MNSSHP on 10/28. Very excited about that!!!!

I see that we made it to the list! Now to get the gifts all put together. Thanks for all of the info.:)

:welcome: aboard! We are glad to have you sailing with us!

As far as FE, contact Janice (Disney-Cruiser) and stay tuned to the boards! I may also have some lanyards available for purchase once I get them all assembled so keep an eye out for that announcement in a couple of weeks!

This is a wonderful group and we are going to have a fantastic cruise! :)

I am pretty sure that we would be interested in lanyards and so would my sister-in-law. So I will keep a lookout for your post about it.

You are in time to be added to group B. I need the following information:
Names/Ages of people in your group (you don't need to give adult ages)
Stateroom number

Thanks and Welcome Aboard!!

Thank You!! We are getting very excited for this cruise!:yay:

Our info is:
Kari
Brad
Calvin (3)
2062

If you could add my sister-in-laws family...that would be great. She hasn't had time to get signed in yet, but wants to do the FE. They don't have a stateroom assigned yet. (Is this normal??) But their info is:

Julie
Todd
Brandon (11)
Meagan (9)

We both are late sitting for dinner.

Thanks! Let me know if you need anything else.

Sure! :thumbsup2 I'll bring the lanyards for those who will be there that night...(or that day, we plan on arriving at 4) so you will be among(if not the) first to get them!

We will be at MNSSHP on the 28th, as well! We have a 5 o'clock reservation at The Plaza, but are otherwise free to meet up for a while to chat! :)

First, thanks to you all for the get well wishes and prayers for my father-in-law.

Second, and this is the great news, my father-in-law woke up today!! :) He is not able to speak or move most of his body, yet, but he moves his toes on command. He seems to recognize my wife and mother-in-law.

He has a long road to recovery but we are hopeful that the whole family will be able to enjoy a Disney Cruise in the not too distant future.

Thanks to all and I hope you have a great cruise,
Brian
