Oh my gosh Laura--has Tommy seen you put him as a dancing man? That is too funny. It can snow, as long as Tommy lets us turn the heat on! Still in the 80's here...but it's supposed to cool down this weekend, and maybe even rain. I should be able to have a fire in the fireplace by mid Novemeber! Hopefully.
We have early seating right now. Are we keeping track of that too? I wasn't sure, and I saw a few people mention it, so I just thought I would put it out there. We will be "discussing" it when we all get together for Thanksgiving, so if it changes I will let you know.

Oh, I forgot to mention our late night dining schedule. We loved it cause we'd get a late snack then head to the room to get ready for the evening and then we'd go see the shows and then eat. Lilli (and my DH and I) love the shows and they are more important to us than sitting down to eat. So we make sure she is wide awake for the shows and then we head to dinner. It worked great. We'd finish dinner (sometimes earlier than norm and sometimes not) and we'd head back to the room where without a word she'd get in her pj's say goodnight get in bed and be out all in about 5 minutes. It worked great. It may fall completely apart when Katelin arrives but we'll just have to play that one by ear. Well, now that's all. Talk to ya'll later. Kristi

We have main dinner seating. I think 5:45pm. I like to eat early and then have a snack after .

Andrea it must be nice to have it 80 degrees outside. It is sleeting here in Syracuse, NY. I am freezing!!! Our heat has been on since last week. It really hurt to turn that thermostat on.

I dont think we are going to do the group reservation for Palo. My dh is kinda interested in eating there for brunch, so we will try to get reservations for that. I didnt care one way or the other about Palo, but I do hear that the food is to die for!!!!

Val-thanks for the secret mickey form, I did get it. Once the new year comes I will start seeing who wants to participate. That way people will know how their finances are looking.

Gena--- Hunter and Peyton will be neighbors!!!!!! We are in 6024 and 6026!!! They will be so excited. Maybe I will have to tell him before we get there this time.

Mindi--We will be seeing you guys also.

This will be a great week. We had talked about changing weeks, but we will have to keep it as it is.

Glad we are doing FE again this year. I will have to get into the thinking process about what to do this time.

I have to admit, I'm not completely satisfied with the "Disney Designations." For example: DM = Disney Mom, DS = Disney Son, and DH = Disney Husband. In my opinion, this places the DM as the leading role in the DF, with the DH coming in as a subservient 2nd place . This slight oversight has lead me to my first action as a DFM, which is to redefine the abbreviation of DH from "Disney Husband" to "Disney Hulk."

First off, point proven. Apparently, only DM's are allowed to use the computer. Second off, Dismom, there's no need for you to continue the charade of the ultimate mother, since you are the older sister that threw a glass of milk in your own face just to scream that I did it (yes that shows commitment and self sacrifice, but evil just the same). And third, for the confused patron that didn't know if I meant Hulk, or Hunk, you can just call me the dancing banana. Yes, I said banana.

Hello Everyone,

Hope your week is going well. I am busy trying to pick out carpet and hardwood to replace what was damaged while we were on the cruise.

We are scheduled for main dining. We had the 5:30 slot on our last cruise and 5:45 on our first. I don't care which one we get, as long as it is main seating. I don't think we are going to do Palo. We did the brunch on the Wonder and it was okay.

Kim & Mindi, I think it is wonderful that we are all neighbors. It is going to be so neat to be near friends.

Kim, Payton is THRILLED!!! He is so excited to have Hunter next door. I have a feeling if we find one of the boys, we will find both together on the ship. We will not be able to separate them. How is Hunter doing? Payton is going to email him soon. How are your classes going?

Kim, That is really wild that the 3 of us that were on the cruise this year during this same week and rebooked onboard are right there next to year other for the cruise next year!!!! I'm sure Thomas will be excited.

Have you seen the school calendar yet for next year. I booked on the hope that our fall break doesn't change.

Gena-How fun, picking out new stuff. It can be hard to decide, but it always comes out nice. We had a flood at our old house and had to redo the whole downstairs. It was a pain when it happened, but turned out really nice in the end.
Mindi, it's funny you mention the fall break...we booked this cruise because we wanted to go on the Western and the price in Oct. was really good. Then after booking it I was feeling regret because my oldest will be a sophmore in HS when we go and I was worrying about her missing school, but we have to get two cabins so we couldn't afford to do summer. Long story short...my girls schools just started having fall break this year and it's the first week of October, so it works out perfect. They will only have to miss one day of school for a travel day. I hope your fall break works out too!
I think it's kind of funny that right now everyone in our thread is on decks 5,6, and 7. I know it wont stay that way, but it sure would make delivering FE gifts easier if it did!
Well, I know I'm the only one up right now so I guess I will sign off. Talk to you all later.

Gena- Hunter is doing as well as one could expect. He misses his dad, but there are issues with that also. At this point, Hunter is glad things are loike they are. To complacated to explain here. He would love to hear from Peyton. School is going well. Should be ready to test around thanksgiving, will see if I have to come to Decatur or not. Hope things with the house are coming along well and not to many headaches from insurance.

Mindi-I am hoping fall break stays the same. If not, we will have to move the cruise to another time. Kyle will be in high school, and the other 2 are in magnet school, so missing a week will not work. They should be posting the new schedule soon, usually before christmas.

I think it is great that we are all neighbors. We tried getting the same rooms we had 3 weeks ago, but they were already full, glad we have these rooms now!

Off to get kids to school and off to work. Talk to you all soon.
