Thanks disMom....Andrea, right? It was priceless that was just this last March and he was only 15 months old....everyone said he was too young to take to Disney World. Oh NO!! He had a ball and now he can't get enough Mickey! It was my best vacation! I am hoping this cruise will be even better!

Jennifer---U are now on the web!! Let me know as soon as possible about the FE!

Look at our thread go....of course Jennifer's 10 dummy posts to get to upload a pic has helped..LMAO But hey we will take movement no matter what. Ok well after a late night of dress rehearsal I am off to bed! TTFN

Yep Jennifer, it's Andrea....you are right, they are never too young. Bailey's first Disney trip was to WDW (even though we live in CA she made it there first) and she LOVED it. By the time she was two she had been to WDW, DL and DCL and now she is a full blown Disney addict, like me. Some people use the word freak, I think addict is much better...:rotfl: You guys will all love the cruise!

Michelle, you will be happy to know that it is college week at Rileys school this week and she had to do a project on a college. Well, she picked Ohio State...I wonder who convinced her of that :confused3 Ryan even walked to school this morning with her project and he was wearing his Ohio state Tshirt. I told her she should take him in class with her for show and tell. She liked that idea, he didn't :sad2:

Well, we are headed to the post office this morning to go apply for Rileys passport :woohoo: We still haven't gotten Baileys back, we applied 3 weeks ago today. Hopefully it will come soon.

Hope everyone has a great day! :flower3:

My sister and law have been discussing the Oceaneer Club (actually she is telling me how much her kids loved them) but we can't figure out how they are split up by age? We are wondering if my 5 year old son and her 6 year old daughter would be in the same club....we are hoping so.

Does anyone know that info?

:welcome: on board.

The age ranges for the kids clubs on the Magic are:
3-4
5-7
8-10
11-13
14 -17

On the Wonder the groupings are slightly different as they don't have Ocean Quest for the tweens.

We came back from our cruise on Sunday and we had a wonderful time. I have had a very busy week at work and I have a 6 day week as well. I have been doing interim appraisals for my team the last two days and I managed to finish all my call monitoring for this quarter today as well. I just have to do summary remarks and type up minutes from a meeting as well. I hope to get this done tomorrow.

Sunday I have a day off and I will download the photos from the cruise and hopefully start on the trip report.

I picked up my custom jewellery from the post office today and it is even more stunning in real life than it was in the photos. I have to try it on with the dress on Sunday.

The date for my sisters wedding is now confirmed as well. So I better find a dress. I am torn between two at the moment.

See Terri, I told you...8-10.:rolleyes1

Well, we went and applied for Riley's passport today. FYI, not only do both parents have to be present to get childrens passport but the child themself has to be present. We had to take Riley out of school for 45 minutes so we could get her passport. We still haven't gotten Bailey's yet, it's been three weeks. The lady at the postoffice said they are taking 4-6 weeks to get back. We only have Ashley and Ryan's left to get. :woohoo:

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

We had a very relaxing cruise. Just a shame that the week that I have done at work has undone all the good work.

Sounds like you are having a very hectic summer. You will definitely need a vacation by the time our cruise comes along.

Sydney looks precious in her dance outfit. OMG, have those girls stamina. At her age I would never have lasted until 2 am.

I went and did a bit of shopping today. I had ordered the 2009 Passporter to the Disney Cruise Line from a local book store in April and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for it to arrive. It still is not there and every time they are telling me a different story. I am getting so fed up with it all.

I did however get a lovely dress with a gift card that I had received for doing online surveys and an new charm for my Pandora bracelet. I also started a Pandora bracelet for my sister to celebrate all the changes in her life.

Within the next week or so I have to make my final payment for the cruise so that I can book Palo and my excursions on June 20th.

Hello All!
This will be our second Disney cruise for our family - me (46) DH (45) and DD (10) - and we are all so excited! Last time we cruised was in 2004 and I read thru these boards a bunch but never joined. This time we would love to participate in all the fun with you if you'll have us. I'm not sure how to sign up for the fish extender or the secret Mickey but we are interested in both. Could someone let me know about it?
Looking forward to meeting all of you!
Thanks,
Liz Howard

Welcome aboard Liz and Family!!

I will sign you up for the FE and the SM. If you look in my signature you will see a web page link that is our Disney Dreamer web page where you can find loads of info. Also you will find our dis logo and u can print & wear(sorta like a backstage pass)this is so we all can find each other at the port or aboard the Magic! I will have you added though I will need some info like names, dinner dining and as soon as the cut off for SM is I will let you know the family you have. More 10 yr old girls...LOL Boy will the 8-10 club be loaded with Disney Dreamer kids. I have a 9 yr old DD, and there are
like 6 more girls ages 8-10.....that will be fun for them if they all meet first at the port and then end up clubin together!

This is my 3rd cruise! and I am dieing to get back on as well. I cruise in Oct 2006, and Feb 2008 and oct 2009 is not coming fast enough. well off to facebook it for a bit...TTFN Liz any questions feel freee to ask here, there is loads of knowledge...LMAO

Welcome Liz! :flower3: What month did you go in 2004? Our first DC was in May of 2004, and our last one was November of 2006. It's me, my DH and our 3 DD's, one of which will be 10 at cruise time. I think the 9 and 10 year old girls are going to outnumber the rest of us combined!

Thanks for the welcomes and the quick response Michelle! I checked out your web page and it was really helpful. That's so great all the 8 - 10 year old girls! My daughter, Rachel, will be thrilled, she loves meeting new kids, the more the merrier.

Andrea, our first cruise was in October 2004 and we've been wanting to go again since then. I can't wait for October!!! Looking forward to meeting you all.

Welcome Liz!

Andrea, thanks for the info on the passports. We have to go and get ours this week. We did not need them for the cruise last Oct., but with the changes, we will this time.

I am ready to stay home for a few days. I have been traveling for 7 of the last 10 days, with me driving 3 out of the 4 trips I've been on.

One of my tasks this week is to book us transportation from MCO to the port. We will be flying in early Saturday morning. I think I am going to use Happy Limo. It will be a lot easier than renting a car and then dealing with taking it to the rental place. It is also cheaper than using Disney transportation. Has anyone had any experience with this company? I've also got to decide on my FE gifts. I have an idea of what I want to do. It is something I received as a previous FE gift and it was great! Now, if I can find what I want, I'll be happy.

Have a restful evening everyone:).

Good evening to all. I just wanted to check in and say hello. I can't believe that we are under 4 months till the cruise. I am trying to get my workout routine going so I can fit into the clothes I had for the last cruise. It creeps on so fast but doesn't come off that easy.

:welcome: on board. This will be our 3rd Disney cruise (the first 2 were in September 2008: the 5 night special cruise on the Magic followed by a 4 night cruise on the Wonder the day after we got off the Magic) and our 5th cruise overall. We have just come back from a back to back cruise on NCL out of the UK. We are a childless couple, but love cruising on DCL
