Woo hoo!!!! 365 days and counting!! Ladies, i'm getting so excited!! Do you realize that we are on the ship for daylight savings time next year...we will get 1 extra hour of time on the ship for absolutely free!!!!
Well, ladies, i need to get going....cuz i believe we are in the middle of a chat right now!!!

Ok ladies i am making a website for my cruise journey from before to the end and there after. OK i am coming down on Saturday. We may go to MGM or universal that day or we may wait and go Thursday. We will most likely stay at the port ... we will rent a car from airport to port then drop of and dh can catch the shuttle back to the port. maybe we need to all meet up on saturday night some where

I forgot about this... guess i need to get to it... LOL

I am going on the wonder oct 29th 4 night cruise. Will there be anything special for Halloween on
this cruise? I know pirate night is usually on tuesday night and that is also halloween. Is this a
pin cruise?

Guests who are sailing on the Disney Magic 10/28/06 and Disney Wonder 10/29/06 sailing will be
receiving a letter in their documents regarding several 'spooktacular' events that will be taking
place onboard during their voyage.

All Guests are invited to wear costumes, however, we ask that you choose costumes which are not
obstructive or offensive. To avoid any disappointment or delay in your boarding process, we ask that
when considering costume options you refrain from bringing toys or props that resemble guns, knives
or other related implements, as these items will not be allowed onboard.

Onboard, featured events include family trick-or-treating, as well as themed parties for the
children and for the teens. For adults, we offer a Halloween party with a costume contest. Prizes
are awarded based on the following categories:

Best Group
Most Spooky

Also, there is a pin event scheduled for your sailing. Pin enthusiasts who purchase the Pin Trading
Cruise event for $45 per person (3 years and older) receive the following:

I guess we will have to wait til we get our letter with our documents to find out if pirate's night and Halloween are going to be on the same night. They sent a great response, but didn't actually answer your question. Thanks for taking the time to email DLC.

wow! i've neglected our thread!! i feel so horrible!
hope everyone is doing good! we got some stuff the other day from our TA about the cruise and our disney vaca afterwards. It makes it seem more real with every paper i get.
i know it was probably discussed alooooong time ago, but who has passports? are we supposed to have them? i thought we had til 2007 before it was mandatory, but after reading some things on my papers from TA, i'm confused! I really don't want to spend the $$ on them for this cruise if i don't have to.

NO, you did not need a passport. I talked to DCL and they said "NO"!

Heard we don't need them(passports) til 2007. We are going on another cruise in Sept. 2007, so I am starting to get them now, to beat the rush! If I wait til closer to the 2007 cruise, it would be my luck the prices would go up I already have the money put aside for them, so I may as well get them now before I spend the money! The process is quite easy, the only thing that will be hard for us is that both parents need to be there in person to sign for the kids - we are going to look like a parade bringing in all the kids to the post office to get this done! Seven kids plus DH, want to get it done quick! I've already applied for mine so that's out of the way.

I'm just so dumb lately.LOL(always). I got DH the costume of the Mayor from night mare before Christmas. I haven't gotten any body elses yet.
Oh yea! could you make me sign #2 With the Clee's on it? I will gladly send you some money to cover the cost. It is too much for you to be paying for them.

Is every body doing good? I sure hope so. It will be here before you know it.

hey everyone! hope you all are having a great 4th of july holiday. It seems so strange having the 4th on tues. I actually had to watch kids today, which kinda stunk! Oh well...off tomorrow!! Dh has to work, so i have to get all the stuff ready for a picnic on my own...bummer!
Steph...thank goodness nobody else got sick! And my uncle is doing somewhat better. He finally is out of icu, and in a regular room...but he's got a long ways to go still. How is you trip to bama going? i've missed talking with you!!

Tink, we will be on the Magic. I cant wait to see what it is like for Halloween. My next goal is a Christmas time cruise. As we came off the magic on 11/12 last year they were loading up all the xmas decorations. Then I heard that at Castaway Cay they make it snow at Mt Rustmore.

I'm getting very excited as vacation draws near.
