Oct. 29th 2006 Halloween anyone?

Found some information on the cruise board and thought i would share it.

"I know the Wonder is going into dry dock for a refurb the first two weeks of October this year. Then when it returns the Spa area will be closed for another two weeks to complete some renovations. Basically they're going to put in many of the changes that the Magic got last year." the spa part stinks... i was thinking about going there... i hope it is open by the time we cruise

Good evening!! Yes, Rosemary...the ship will be in drydock before we cruise. I think it's a good/bad thing. We sailed in jan 2005 and the wonder was in drydock in oct 04....so it was still pretty "new" when we sailed. That is one of the best things...everything has been cleaned to tip top shape! (not that the ship is dirty...but you know what i mean...carpets all fresh, new things thruout the ship) However, there was a section of the ship that you still couldn't go thru on our floor. (we were on deck 2 and getting to the cabin was a pain- you had to go down one hall...cross over by the elevators, go down the other side of the ship and then cross back over to get to the room) They said it was cuz they weren't finished with the rooms from the drydock! Also, we were one of the first (maybe THE first) on the wonder to have pirate night. That was to be implemented after drydock...but it didn't come til jan, and drydock was oct...so i hope we don't miss anything!! I'm sure that we'll have a great time anyways...and i just can't wait to go!!
