Why is DCA listed as a 10? Is there an event that day? We will be in DL for the Halloween party that evening. But when you look at the touring plans no other Friday has this number. Does Utah really effect the parks this much? I am new to Disneyland bc we usually go to WDW. We have done WDW during Star Wars weekend, Spring Break, and in February when all of the interantional tour groups are there. We have been during busy season. We purposely picked this weekend bc AP blocks were at two of the passes and for the holiday party! Touring Plans has this weekend listed ranging between an 7-8 average and 6's for the individual parks. How accurate is this? What are crowds like for these dates? We will not be able to make it to the parks at 7 AM. I have son that has to have a big breakfast every morning or we have problems. So we may make it in by 9-9:30. Any suggestions or advice?

TP is not very good at DL. Feel free to subtract or add 2 to thier estimate.

DCA gets a ten because when the party starts most of the non ticketed guests go over there, so it make for a busy last few hours. Not a whole busy day. On this TP is very misinforming and causes tons of confusion.

Because DLR is very much a local resort every weekend is busy, all year long. Tens of millions of locals can show up and they do. Friday's get busy later in the day, everyweekend. Remember Utah is a tiny population state, they don't fill up the parks on thier own.

It may feel busy but I think with a Spring Break visit to WDW you will feel comfortable with it.

For a Big Breakfast go to McDonalds it's about a 5 minute walk from the security entrance on the East, Harbor Dr. side of the park to the north up Harbor.
