Oct 2015 - Poly or GF?

Planning Disney vacation for my son's 5th Birthday in October (his first trip)! Debating whether to book DVC Poly or GF studio? Our top choice is Poly; however, nervous about the construction. I know it's impossible to know status of the work this far out, but if the decision was up to you, what would you choose? We are a family of 4, our daughter is 9 and has been to Disney before. Want the trip to be fabulous for the little guy.

GF studio may not be available through DVC. There aren't many to begin with and they go fast. You might have better luck with Poly but be sure to book ASAP.
