Not much to post.

But, my baker's rack is coming this afternoon!!!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

I have to work this weekend, but it is suppoed to be a nice one.

Olive Garden, here we come!!!

Have a good one!

Wow, thanks for all the tips everyone. I have started a bag for myself for the wedding extras and threw in a few for the other girls. After reading Julie's list, maybe I will start one for each girl. After all, two of the girls are MINE! One lucky thing is that the reception is at the same place so we will have the bride's room all night to stash anything and everything.

Great ideas for my dress Julie. I might strike out today to see what I can accomplish with that and also do the shower things. Julie, my sequined part is not wrinkled. It is the bottom half that has like very sheer material over some other material. Both layers are wrinkled. Maybe I will ask them to ONLY touch the bottom half. Stacey's bridal shop sells my dress but for a lot more than I paid for it at Dillards so I bought it there. I hate to ask them to steam it. Maybe will look for another shop or talk to a dry cleaners.

I froze water in a bundt pan yesterday. I am waiting a few minutes to see if I can get it out. If it works good, I will make another one so I can refresh the punch when we make more.

I am sorry. I am rattling about the wedding and shower. Hate to bore all of you so will let you go.

Have fun Barb!

Bonnie, I hate change too. Hang in there. The girls will get over it and get used to them.

Poor Turner has to wear the brace in hot weather. I am sure that isn't any fun.

Let us all know how your ultrasound goes Julie. I am sure that they are just being extra careful because of the miscarriage. I agree, I wouldn't want to know the sex of the baby. I told my girls that when they get pregnant that I DO NOT want to know. Surprises are great ----- and natural.

I have to share my good news and Ted isn't answering. Just dropped by a drycleaners that my dad used to swear by and they said they could steam my dress and couldn't believe that it can't be dry cleaned. They said that they could do it a certain way. Good news there. I found my dress shields at a fabric store. The ice ring turned out perfect. Only bad thing is that my flowers weren't done and I have to go back later. I have a nail appt for this afternoon. Never had acrylic nails before and the girls surprised me with a gift certificate for putting them on and one rebase so I am excited about that.

On top of all that, by a fluke Heidi got off work early and got good news about the Fed job. It is an internship program and she needs to be in school just to qualify. The Fed lady told her to look for a certificate program just to get the job even though she has her degree. So for this week she has been frantically looking. This lady wants her soooo bad. I was able to carry on a nice conversation with her. If I could, I would work for this lady. She is soooo sweet. She found a place to get the certificate and is now down there applying. Class starts next week. Lori, it is ACC. Red Rocks said that there wasn't a program like that in CO. Glad they were wrong!!!!

Wow, what a day!

Hello All! Glad to see that you are having a wonderful day Sandy! Well, had my ultrasound and the woman said that everything was great! It was a normal healthy ultrasound. Saw the baby suck it's thumb. And boy did it move around a lot during the ultrasound! Well, gonna go. Have to go get the kids and go meet Denine and Jerry and Kaleigh for dinner! Check back in later!

Quiet weekend planned here today. No plans at all. I will be packing however. One week from now I will be in the sky over about Cleveland...I will wave Julie...on my way to a week in Chicago!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
I will check in later...hey...no word again from Diana...do you think we lost her again. And where is the Lurker!!!!

Hi Bonnie and all. I am back among the living again....I have been sick over a month now and the doctor said it was bronchitis but I never heard of anyone breaking out with a rash with bronchitis before. I am still coughing and get tired very easily but at least I am able to do a little around the house. Up to now I was too tired to do anything but eat and did little of that....I couldn't taste, smell or hear anything. My ears were swollen shut and are just now starting to feel like the swelling is going down.
He has me on 2 kinds of antibotics, an inhaler and cough syrup. The cough syrup was $36 for a small bottle but I only take l/2 t. at night. I have never been sick this long and let me tell you it is for the birds...the only good thing is I lost weight!

Sandy - things are definitely falling into place for you. I hope the shower is wonderful! Let us know how it goes.

Bonnie - not excited about Chicago, are you?

Sally - so glad to hear you are on the raod to recovery. I have been worried about you and have missed your daily posts. I definitely understand how bad the bronchitis can get you down after my bad experience inh December. do take care of yourself and know we care!

Julie - sounds ike everything is going nicely with the baby! Good!Denine - did you get your baker's rack? Does it look great?
Did you guys have a great time at Olive Garden? Tell us, tell us!!!

Went with Turner to see Freaky Friday last night. It was cute. He had a terrific week at school and I hope this stays!! I could not be more proud of him than I am right now.

Gotta clean house today. So, I guesws I better get back to it.

Later!

Hello!

I got my baker's rack and it looks soooo nice. I couldn't be happier with it.

Went to Olive Garden with Julie, Garry and the kids. We had a really nice time. They came over after and stayed awhile. Kaleigh had a great time playing with the kids!

Sandy: Everything is really coming together.

Sally: Glad to hear you are on the road to recovery. You need to slow down!

Sue: Glad Turner had a good week at school. Keep up the good work Turner!

Bonnie: Aren't you going to wave to me on your way over Cleveland?

I sent out e-mail pictures to everyone. If you want them and didn't get them, let me know.

Kaleigh is getting so big and she is so cute! What a happy little girl!! Denine, you look great!! As I have said so many time, you are my inspiration on this weight loss journey!! Thanks for sharing the pictures.

How could I forget you Denine!!!! I am so sorry....of course I will say hi to you and Jerry and the babe!!
I got your pictures...You look great!!! Just think, you will have to buy new gowns for your next cruise!!! Too bad huh? Kaleigh is beautiful!!

Mom...so happy to hear you are on the mend...last I heard was the rash then nothing!!! I hope you continue to feel better.

Bonnie, I have a friend that is a nurse and she keeps telling me to get a blood test for West Nile but I don't think I need to since I am getting better,..what do you think?

Denine I would love to see your picture.....

Not much going on here except Turner wanted to make a cake so I helped him and we now have a cake. The problem is, I can't stay away from it!!

Paul is out working this eveing and Turner is outside playing and I am almost finished wth the laundry.

Too quiet today. I need some company. Anybody out there?

Mom-testing for West Nile at this point would only be for reprting purposes...not for treatment purposes since you are getting better. The rash may make one think of West Nile however it has a multitude of symptoms which could be anything. Getting tested at this point won't help anything as far as you getting better.

Not much happening here. Packing...oh how I hate it. I look like I am truly moving it. Men have it so much easier! My problem is I like to look a little different each day therefore I have to pack a bunch of clothes!! UGH!

Oh well...just thought I would check in. Hope all is well with everyone.

Is this Barb's camping weekend? I forget...I can't wait to here about it if it is.

Here's what I recall:

Sandy: back from camping this morning and then the shower.

Barb: camping this weekend (hope she enjoyed it).

Denine: working this weekend.

Sally: still recuperating but checking in with us again.

Bonnie: beginning the packing process (again) but checking in as well.

Where's everyone else? I'm here. Not quite up to par but here nonetheless. Will check back in a little later!

I'm here! Feeling alittle under the weather. Garry got a cold from working last week (the evenings were pretty chilly a few nights). So now that he is getting alittle better, I got it last evening! I can't breathe, my ears are plugged and my nose won't stop running. But other then that, I'm doing fine!

Had a great time friday with Denine and Jerry and Kaleigh. We would have stayed longer, but knowing that Denine had to get up early to go to work and Big Garry wasn't feeling 100% from this cold, we called it an evening earlier then we normally do.

For all of us going in Dec. Look what Garry found:

(8/6/03) Starting in October, WDW will kick off their next 15 month long promotion called Magical Gatherings. The focus will be on the magic of reconnecting with family and friends. Groups in parties of 8 or more staying in an official WDW Resort will be given the Grand Gathering treatment with extra perks like itinerary planning and custom designed experiences for their Gatherings.

Sounds like something we should look into, no? Let see who will be there: Jeanne, Joyce, Bonnie, Glen, Denine, Jerry, Kaleigh, Garry, Makenzie, The Big Guy, me, Sandy, Ted. Right? Susan and Paul and Turner will meet up with us after their cruise, right?

Well, gonna go for now. Will check back in later!

Yes, we will join you all for at least the rest of the day on Saturday after we return from the cruise (which by the way is less than 100 days away!).

Must let you all know that the Schrolls are expanding the family!

Later!
