We're in a suburb of Milwaukee. Tough to get out of bed when it's been dark lately! I can wait for warm sun and surf!!

Just booked Palo and pedicure (er, um.. not for me.. ha ha!)... and dining late on third night for Palo as that is our Animator's Palate night.

Hi Everyone!
My DH and I made it through the 6th grade vs. parents game! Yeah! I had a minor spill in the 1st half and of course all the kids are pretty big and FAST! We played our hearts out and ended up tying after a 1/2 hour game. It was a great workout, don't know how those kids do it for an hour each game!

Kids are in a soccer tournament today, if they win, again tomorrow, if they lose, play again @ 3:00, and a regular game was added to Monday night! YIKES! Have Confirmation Classes w/DH11 tomorrow along with a HayRide birthday party, I have to get the girls' haircuts on Tuesday, bring the dog to the PetHotel on Tuesday, and soooo much more! Good thing I started the piles a little early, I DON"T know where the time has gone! Lot of late nights are in store for me, but that's ok, because WE"RE GOING ON THE DISNEY CRUISE!!!!!!

I'll keep checking in when I can!!!!

Animals accounted for - check - Grandma is watching them..spoils my shih tzu horribly!

Yard Work - Lawn Service (best invention)
Work - will be in my office when I return..HA!
Camera's - Digital (mine) instants for DS10 and underwater instant - check
Money - (empty bank accounts) check ! (pardon the pun)
Kid -...........WAIT, where's the kid? Oh...he's at his father's today and I'll pick him up tonight...check off a little later.

What else?

Off to DisneyWorld leaving at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow for 4 days first...will catch up with everyone on the Wonder.....ya'll be safe, have fun and enjoy your week.

Howdy Everyone,

Is anyone still around? We don't leave until Wed morning. The countdown clock is ticking down and I can barely stand the excitement.

Today was our parent-teacher conference with DS10s teacher. Prior to the conference I overheard another Mom saying she and the family were heading out for a Disney cruise during this short break the kids have from school. Well, I went right over and apologized for eavesdropping and asked if they were going on Thursday's Disney Wonder. They are!!!! What a small world. I just had to share.

Hi Everyone!
I too am also doing the "unpacking"! It's amazing what I don't need. Kids will end up wearing 1/2 of what I bring, can't forgot I will buy clothes and such as well. Been reading some of the recent Trip Reports, getting really excited!

One set back, my brother is having emergency surgery today, Chicago area. He plays semi pro baseball and tore his Achilles tendon while playing ball. He normally pitches, but really needed him in the field, so it was a fluke that he was even in the field. He's out for the year. Luckily, my sister's brother-in-law is an orthopedic surgeon, sports med., in Aurora and is performing the surgery today. Wish I could be around to help him out...

As for us, we leave tomorrow morning around 4:00 am, flight around 6:30am...not sure I'll even sleep tonight, too excited! We are staying @ The Sheraton Suites and will be at the terminal around 11:00. Should be able to meet up with alot of you as planned.

The packing is almost done, everything is almost set for the cat sitter, and we're almost ready to go!

We leave at 4:00am tomorrow--I'm hoping we'll get at least a couple of hours of sleep before we head out.

We arrived back home today around 7:00. Had some major delays with
our flight out of Orlando. Welcome home to anyone who is back home!!
I know some were going from the cruise to WDW so not all are back.

We had a fantastic time but there is WAY too much to do on a 3 day cruise.
Some hard decisions had to be made. I am thinking of doing a trip report;
if I do I will post a link here.

We met Pearlique & lovindisney4 at the ship's terminal on Thurs and saw
both of their lovely familes now & then during the cruise but unfortunately
did not meet any of the other Dis folks. CK's room turned out to NOT be
across the hall from us but across the ship on the same floor but other
side. It was hard for me to understand the layout of the ship without actually
being there. I did see CK's room one night and she had some very cute
door signs

We got a quote on a 4-day cruise for Spring Break in April but hubby said
"NO WAY". It was $3200 for 3 of us to stay in the same category cabin
as we had on this cruise. Must be a popular time of year with Spring Break
and Easter! I had hoped to go back with some neighbors then. Hubby says
we will go back "some day".....I think I know what that means!

Well, hope all arrive home safely and I would love to hear about your cruise!!

Thanks for noticing my door magnet. I thought it was cute as well. We had a great time. Sorry I didn't get to meet anyone. We tried to do as much as possible, but you can't do everything. I am not happy to be home however and work and school are overwhelming. Great to meet everyone on here and hope to catch you on the DIS again soon. Hope everyone had a great time, I know we did. The family wants me to do a trip report, but I don't know where to start. We will see if it ever happens.

I should have taken the time to leave you a note but sounds like we were
both rushing around trying to cram everything in that the Cruise had to
offer!

I have been writing my trip report in my head all week. Whether or not
it actually makes it into print remains to be seen........

Once all the Halloween activities crank up this weekend through Weds
I am sure we will be off on another tangent with no extra time

Welcome HOME!!! How was the F&W? Anything fantastic? I stuffed
myself so badly last year I have some painful memories. It was a bargain
to use your snack credit from the dining plan and have a little gourmet treat!
I remember the Canadien cheese soup as being my fav.

We did end up going to Ron Jon's after the cruise and the coupon came in very handy. DS got some things and we snuck in some stuff to surprise him
with at Cmas. Again, very nice to meet you & hubby in person!
