Oct 18th 2007, 3 nights?

TOO funny on the shirt.

Just FIVE minutes ago the docs arrived... stateroom 6632... guess that SSB is official now. One more week!

We are in 6576 just down the way by the midship elevators. Only a few more days for me!:cool1: Please don't hate me!:hippie: See you all on the boat.

I will be lurking around on the boards until we leave on Friday. Almost done packing. I won't finish until Friday right before we leave.

:scared:

Oh, so with you... SSB will be packing the night of the 17th... ha ha! (er, um... unless AM of the 18th)

Last Wednesday before we leave!!! :cool1:  :woohoo: :dance3:

Still trying to get a lot of work done so I don't have to worry about it while we're gone.

Other goals for today:

--Work on laundry
--Check in with cat sitter
--Get Bonine
--Start getting papers together
--Look into Fastbreak for picking up our Budget rental car

This time next week we'll have just landed in Orlando and will probably be getting our rental car! Yay!!!

yoga for me.

No real excursion plans for us either. Nassau will depend on the weather. If it's a nice day and not too hot, we'll probably take a carriage ride, do some shopping, and maybe take a cab up to Atlantis and check out The Dig. If it's hot, we may get off just to do a bit of shopping and then spend the rest of the day relaxing on the boat.

If we have a nice day for CC, we might rent bikes and tour around the island. If it's very hot we'll probably stick close to the water (and Cookies!).

lovindisney4, have you done the yoga class on the beach at CC? Are there other classes offered? Admittedly I look a little (ok, very) funny doing it, but I enjoy it and am not bad for a beginner. It would be fun to try on the ship.

No excursions for us either. The 3-day cruises go by very fast, so we prefer to take things slow. Except for a jaunt into Nassau for DS10's tie-dye shirts, we plan to be by the pool that day. BTW, last year they played HSM on the Jumbotron on Nassau afternoon. DS10 and our friends daughter (DD12) are hoping they play HSM2 this time around.

On CC, we will just be hanging on the family beach drinking rum runners! I can almost taste them.:cool2:

I will try and find my DIS bracelet, which is lime green. You can ID me by that. We all got them on one of our Eastern cruises and it was an easy way to ID Dissers on that trip.

For first time SSB is going to do the Atlantis water-park dealee. Heard good things about, and friend was able to get us some tickets. Anyone already been?

Well let's see....... poor DS10 is double doing homework this week since he will be out next week....division with remainders!! WORD problem last night: Suzi had 105 fish and only 9 aquariums, how many fish to each tank and what should Suzi do with the remainder fish if there are any?????????

Answer:...... 10 tanks..... Have Sushi

I ABOUT DIED LAUGHING :lmao: when checking his work last night...... thought it was hilarious and hope the teacher has a sense of humor!

Go to TA today after work and pick up tickets!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHH !!

3 MORE DAYS TILL BLASTOFF -............. (NOT MISSION IMPOSSIBLE):scared:

Everyone have a safe and wonderful trip out.....hope to meet up with you at some point..:grouphug:

PiperG; My DS10 absolutley loves the HSM's.......it's all I hear. Tie dye shirts, you'll have to let me know where to go. :cutie: Thanks!

No Nassau excursions for us this time. I've been to Nassau in the past and don't really care if I go again. DD is just as excited by the thought of spending all day in the pool so that's what we plan to do. I haven't signed us up for any of the excursions yet on CC. DD would like to to the stingray session and I think we would like to bike around the island. Do we need to go ahead and sign up now or should we wait until we're on board?

Absolutely nothing is packed yet. I think I'm going to have to adopt the Sideshow Bob Power Pack Method.

Hi Everyone,
Now one week, yeah!
Pearlique, I have done yoga thru the spa/fitness area on the ship. Pretty sure they have it each morning, early am from what I remember. I like to get some type of workout in early morning, either yoga, running or machines. Not too sure what type of classes they have this time around, but plan on taking one each morning (pilates maybe?). This way I have the whole day to dedicate to the family and I feel great! Love to have you in a class with me, always learn something new with different instructors as well.

I'm pretty sure you are the couple on our flight out of Midway, we can chat then as well!

Friday night is my DD11 soccer team vs. parents, I sure hope those 6th graders don't knock the socks out of DH and I before the cruise!
I seriously thought maybe I should sit it out but she really gave me grief about it! So, in I go, shin guards and all! Wish me luck!

Happy packing everyone!

Wishing you the VERY BEST of LUCK!:wizard:

Below is a link to the portcam, which is pointing to the Wonder at this moment. A week from today we will be having breakfast at the Holiday Inn at Cocoa Beach. After that we return the rental car to Budget and head over to the port!:dance3:

They have since moved the position of the webcam so that it is pointing down the channel. They do that a lot and it drives me crazy. Don't they know us Dissers like to stare dreamily at the ship as we wait our chance to board?

I woke up this morning to 41 degrees, cloudy, rainy...Only 1 week to go!!! :cool2:

What part of the country do you hail from Mike? that sounds like our weather here in MN today.

You can also use the Radisson webcam to see the ship. I have it fixed on the Wonder right now.
