We're looking for a good historical tour of St Thomas/St. John but the Port Adventures dont really seem to have a simple bus tour of the area where they give you a lay of the land and give us some history. Anyone have any ideas or options for this?

Hi! This is our first Disney cruise and we are so excited! My name is Dani and my husband, Duane and I have an 11 year old girl, Madalyn and an 8 year old boy, Max. My friend just told us about the fish extenders and it sounds like so much fun and we would love to be a part of it. Is it too late to join and where do I go? Thank you and see you in a few weeks!!

We asked DCL about this yesterday. They said there are none through DCL, and that the closest thing would be to do the Coral World tour, and then do the historic downtown area on your own (not take the tour transport back to the ship. We found a tour operator who does organized 5k runs from the pier through the downtown sites (you can power walk, per their web site). We'll likely be booking with them today.

Anybody thinking of doing the Castaway Cay 5k?

Today I started typing out our 7 day detailed itinerary...and I mean detailed!

We make a "master file" for all our Disney trips. Then, we give a copy to family, in case they need to reach us, or something happens.

I also have a blank grid template where I can fill in dining rotations, dinner attire, spa plans, and other plans. Makes the whole vacation feel just a tad longer.

What is the Facebook page to join the fish extender group? Also do you know about how many people &/or rooms are participating in the fish extenders? I have started getting my FE gifts together but really have no idea how many to bring as we have never participated before. Thanks!

We made reservations for brunch at both Palo and Remy but will need to cancel one. Have people had brunch at the adult only restaraunts before and if you could only do one, which would you recommend? Thanks for your help!

We have not done Remy brunch. Last year was our first Palo brunch since at least 2008. We're doing Palo brunch again this year. Feels like the best meal for the money on the seas.

Any runners on the cruise?

Been tracking the on-time performance of our flight next week. Doesn't look good for us getting to MCO in time to eat dinner at our usual time. :crazy2:

Might have to look at changing our flight. We were hoping to try Hemisphere for dinner this trip.

Love your pic btw.

Thanks! Credit goes to DW for taking it. It was the first photo either of us took when we got our first smart phones a couple of years ago.

Cute napping photo by you. Hoping to meet you on the cruise. I'm going to pack a greyhound shirt or two. One will be a GIG shirt with a large greyhound portrait on the back.

I noticed people sailing on the Dream on Oct 19 are starting to rec. cabin assignments. I hope we are next.

I have been a bit obsessive and have been checking every hours all day long for weeks now.

Finally got our room VGT assignment just after 3:45pm ET today - woo hoo! (now we feel like we are a part of the cruise and not some wayward child)

Can you still sign up for PD? I have 3 kids (age 5,7,9). This is our first cruise. We are in the later dinner seating, no allergies.

Sorry guys. For those asking the FE lists/PD lists have been closed. Unless you received an email from me, you have not been included. Feel free to exchange amongst yourselves.

I got my VGT room assignment yesterday evening!
#8030 :thumbsup2

10 more days, guys~ pixiedust:
