Our friends (first-time cruisers) who booked through AAA still haven't gotten their docs. Will the docs be sent directly to them or to AAA?

My friends and I/us are all booked through the same TA (5 families total). 3 of them have theirs (mailed directly to them in CA) and we in MT still haven't received ours.

No rhyme or reason as far as I can see

and got extra surprise of the fuel sup. refund!!! Earlier posts stated it showed on the cruise website under the res. info. I checked and nothing so it was oh well.....but my doc stated I was getting the refund. So excited, now thinking ummm, how many more cove cafe visits and tropical drinks that could buy me?

Amen! 9 yrs ago, I had a 2yr old and a 7 month old and believe me, when my husband got called to the police station with a MANDATORY CALL IN, and with no idea when he would be allowed to come home...... not knowing if there were going to be more attacks.... very hard day for me. I TOTALLY agree with your post! We shall never forget!

How did you find out about the refund? We booked on board our last cruise in 2008, and we got an on board credit for that, but I'm curious about the refund of the fuel charge. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

It was a pretty unforgettable day. I watched the towers collapse from just across the river in NJ at Sandy Hook. I can't even imagine what the NY'ers saw.

How did you find out about the refund? We booked on board our last cruise in 2008, and we got an on board credit for that, but I'm curious about the refund of the fuel charge. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

In the cruise doc we got today in the mail. On page 7 under Vacation summary: Special Notes on Your Res. Plus, after reading this...I called the cruise number direct since DVC was close and asked what that meant and they told me I was getting the fuel charge credit as a OBC of $56 pp. So that meant in my case $112 credit.

I then asked what if I already had paid some OBC to my account. Which credit was going to be used first and they stated fuel credit was to be used first then my other credit second. However if I decided not to spend any $ while on the cruise, like that is going to happen, the fuel credit is totally refundable at the end of the cruise and my debit card would also be credit back the other money that I have set up as OBC.

We are getting the credit as well. Didn't know how much, but $56.00 pp sounds good to us...

So very true, I watched the ABC news last night where they showed the kids who were born after their parents had died. it was so sad. It is still so hard to believe!
