I got that package from DCL today!!

I know this makes me sound exactly like the newbie I am, but I was ecstatic to receive my first mail (apart from the booking confirmation) concerning the cruise, and expecially that postcard saying "Bon Voyage XY Family!"

I see that there is a theme on page 1 . I will get some proofs going. Any suggestions on fonts and colors will be greatly appreciated. We used the Disney font last time but any font is possible.

Hi, I know I am kind of late with my reply ... But please do count us in for the wristbands as well (2 adults)!


I have given the colour and the fonts some thought and would like to share a few suggestions, maybe somebody likes some of them?

Like quite a few previous posters I really like white as a main colour, and for the font colour I could well imagine a nice marine blue reflecting the nautical surroundings.

As for the font, how about the one that DizzylandDeb used in her great banner (see in my signature)? I don't know which one it is, but I'm sure Deb could tell us

I am in agreement with the white color band and will go with whatever everyone wants for the contrasting color/writing.

We need 2 adult for us. I will let the rest of my group answer for themselves if they want to participate.

It has two parts, one is a two fold card that has your res # and your dates for payments & reservations, The other is a pamphlet that says welcome to your western cruise. Tells you what to bring, where we are going, etc.

Will anyone get a word in on deck 9. This should be great bunch to cruise with. Will I look funny wearing ear protection ? We still have 8 months to go. I need to order the wristbands 4-5 weeks before we cruise. I will post a page when we get closer on ordering. This way everyone can see who is getting what and no one left out.

Yay, more mail from DCL! I am now the proud owner of a DCL DVD and can hardly wait for DH to come home so we can watch it together.

I know this is no biggie for most of you, but since DCL doesn't ship these to Europe I was never able to get it. Anyway, now I have it, thanks to a wonderful DISer who forwarded me the DVD - love the DISboards!
