Was just catching up with this thread and about to vote for door 1 or 2 so am very pleased with the decision. Must admit i was starting to panic somewhat when it reached 25 as we are travelling from the uk and the pile of stuff i have is about 2/3 of a suitcase-lol.

Glad the cut off date is the 1st too as i am itching to get them packed up.

Thanks trinibjil for taking care of everything! I couldn't get out here to vote and I wanted to vote for option 2. I like the new cutoff date as well!!

I'm all for chatting about excursions and the dress up nights! I found a dress for formal nighta couple of weeks ago. Pretty excited!

What excursions are all of you doing? My mom and I are doing one in each port ecept CC as we just enjoy Serenity Bay. We did the parasailing on the last cruise there so it's all about relaxation and frozen beverages.

Grand Cayman: We are doing the Discover Native Cayman & the Saltwater Forest. This was my mom's choice and what mom wants, mom gets.

Costa Maya: Dolphin Encounter

Cozumel: Cozumel Highlights and Mayan Ruins

I am really stressed out about the formal night. I think I can say it best by saying, I do not want to dress up but I am a conformist.

I read "you don't have to dress up." Then I read nasty comments about others not dressing up.

I usually sail on NCL and i dress neatly for dinner but definitely not like I used to when I started sailing. Way back in the day I had bridesmaid dresses to wear because I was in weddings. I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to do about formal night.

This is our first formal night. Long gone are the days of bridesmaids/maid of honor dresses so it was fun to go shopping to see what I could find. I have a full length gown in black, Heather has a beautiful purple gown with a strappy back and Dan will rent a tux...but he has his head set on the white dinner jacket vs. basic black. It's his cruise too so what can I say.

Don't stress over Formal nite..... If you have a dressy/classy outfit you will be just fine.! It's your cruise also.... So let them eat cake if someone doesn't like what you have on.... Maybe that's the old hippie or rebel comming out in me...

Baby burrito is the " go to " person to check about the bracelets. On the FE gifts you add your cabin number or ( dis ) name to your gift. You can do a search for FE gifts and you will find tons of ideas... We have made cd's... Magnets...post it notes w/logo's.... We have rec' d. Pens, magnets, candy from the gifters home town, mouse pads, tablets, water bottles, and cd's.... I have a cd we rec'd last cruise that should be worn out for as much as I play it..... It has some Disney songs and some of the givers favorite water songs on it..... Love it.

Evening all-love that its getting so close and am happy to talk about our plans.
We are doing costa maya-tropicante
grand cayman-sting ray island with captain marvin
and we just booked a jeep safari thing for cozumel yesterday.

We are sort of dressing up for formal night but only in a dress and linen trousers/ shirt for dh. Dh wears a shirt and tie all day everyday so prefers to be more casual on hols.

Just getting our pirate outfits sorted-i have had a lady on ebay make me a dress in skull/crossbone fabric and dh is bit by bit getting his costume together.

Already started packing as well-just need to check our owners locker list so we dont take too much!

Anyone doing Palo brunch? Really want to do this but as newbies we couldnt get a reservation so that will be my first port of call once aboard.

Do you put on your fe gifts who they are from?

Can you tell we are excited? My hubbie is over on the facebook group a lot?

Just a thought is anyone doing universals horror night on the 11th oct? Just asking as dh wants to do this but i am such a wimp i seriously couldnt cope-just wondered if anyone wanted a lonely brit to tag along-lol
