Alright! We got our GTY cabin assignment, we're 7668, which isn't an upgrade, but, we're on the ship and it's what we booked!

So, Colorado Cruisers, shall we plan a BBQ for 8/25? We're doing Ryan's birthday party on the 18th, so the 25th works great for us and then Scott and Ryan are going to a Cubs game in Chicago over Labor day, so they'll be done the next weekend.

Would it be possible to do it on 8/26 instead of the 25th? We just reserved a spot at the Wii U experience for the 25th.

Evening all-sorry for asking the same question again but i am hoping for 3rd time lucky i will get a reply

What happens if we are participating in the fish extender and upgrade our room at check in?

At present we are in an 11c and are toying with upgrading. Really need to know the answer as i dont want to spend ages making gifts if we change rooms and no one knows were we are.

Earlier in the forum - there was talk about a meet and greet - that would be a g00d place - Or find babyburrito or ColoradoDisneyFreaks - I am sure they will re-direct everyone. And, finally someone said something about putting a note on the door where you would have been (with permission of course) re-directing people to the right cabin.

Hopefully, you will get a new cabin in good time, especially since they are now advising the GTY cruisers of their cabin numbers. Don't give up yet.

To me it is, but the experience is so awesome. You should definitely try it once. I've always had a sleeper on the train and not sure of what it's like without one.
When are you guys coming down? There's another family on here from the Philly area as well. I would be great to meet one another.

We are flying down on the 12th and flying home the day after the cruise, we are staying at OKW...We would like to go to the food and wine festival one of the days ....Would love to meet just let me know whr and whn..

Sorry, I meant to address this but got distracted.

I think that it would be a great idea to have someone with a dry erase board on their door where people could post their cabin change or gty number. I would be happy to put the dry erase board on my door but I am not one of those people who brings their laptop with them and checks the boards while on vacation. It would kind of be a self serve thing. I am on Deck 5 fwd and I don't think that it is connected to the entire floor so not sure how convenient but I am willing to do it.

There will not be a cutoff date or cutoff number for the cruise bands so
if any of the newcomers would like to order some for their family please let me know.

They are going to be 'The Dis' green and will say 'Fantasy Swashbucklers of the Caribbean'.
They will also have the date of the cruise and a little anchor design on them. They are $1.00 per band.

It will be neat to recognize our group from here on the Dis when we are on the ship,
on excursions or even after the cruise at the parks. Plus have a little souvenir.

Timothy Green will probably still be in the theaters when we get on the ship. Wreck It Ralph won't be in theaters until Nov. 2nd, so they won't have it on the ship until it's release date.

Anyone know if Disney has any other movies being release while we're on the ship to get a PremEar? (I just looked, and we should also have Frankenweenie, it's Disney and being release 10/5 and there's a new Tinkerbell movie coming out 8/15 that will probably be on the ship).

BTW, if you go to see the Avengers, and you haven't seen it yet, stay until the very end of the credits. All the way through...
