Oct. 12-16 Dream cruise

I was looking for a forum for this cruise, and it doesn't look like one had been created yet. Our family of four booked this cruise while on the Dream last week (our first cruise ever), and we are looking forward to meeting our fellow cruisers.

This was supposed to be our year off from cruising, but some people can be very persuasive
That and I need a new Ticker in my signature...

While we haven't officially booked this cruise due to a required Myrtle Beach Dance "vacation" in June/July, we will be...hopefully sooner than later.

We met and made some great new friends on our last cruise and are happy to be able to cruise with them again...

Definitely will do that once we officially get book and yes on the early dining. It has worked pretty well for us in the past.

I think I might have a dislocated shoulder from all the twisting
I think that there was at least like 20 minutes of discussion time between Heather and I...
Plus there is the one cruise closer to being Castaway Club Gold too... still be one short for the 7 night in 2015, it will cause us to hit it though...

Are you telling Em about the cruise? We told Ave we are going, but she has no idea that she'll have a friend on board.

Haven't decided on telling her about it, yet. Most likely will have to cause I don't think I could keep it a secret. That and we would have to talk about it with her no where around since she can't hear you when you talk to her but the minute you say something in the other room out of ear shot, that she hears, plus we still have to take her out of school for a couple of days...
I know that they will have a great time together, return of the "twins"
We can keep that a secret at least until we get to WDW...and all meet up.

Definitely on the FE, have already started coming up with some thoughts.

This morning I booked a room at WDW for the night before the cruise. The countdown has begun.

We're all booked - hopefully we'll be able to keep it!

It'll be my DH, me, DD (6), DD (2), and my parents. Booked in an aft, starboard, Deluxe Family Oceanview Room for our first Disney cruise!!

Very excited! We hope to add a few days on in WDW after. I can't wait to start planning outfits.

Welcome! The two families on the board already both have little girls who will just be turning 7 a few weeks before this cruise. We met doing this same cruise last month. It's only my family's second cruise, and we are hooked!

I really hope everything goes as planned! I've talked to my daughter about it, and she's pretty excited about the club!

I'm still deciding if I want to fit in MNSSHP. I do love it, but we have to squeeze things in to only 3 days. Love Halloween time and Food and Wine!

We've been to Disney quite a lot, but this will be our first cruise and I am soooo excited!

Do you guys think you'll go into Nassau, or stay on board? We were just in Nassau last month, and were not thrilled (didn't do Atlantis though).

Hello Jessica. I am the mom and grandma to the fuzznubbin crew. We are also Disney veterans and our October 2013 cruise was our first. I too wasn't that impressed with Bahamas, but I am not a champion shopper. At this point I really have no desire to get off the boat, unless we decide to visit Atlantis. We did a stingray adventure and some sort of glass bottom boat tour and also visited the straw market. I think my daughter and son-in-law may get off to eat some local food and go to the Tortuga place, but I will probably stay on the ship with my granddaughter.

Are you doing the Fish Extender?
