Oceaneers Club - when to register?

We are going on the Wonder in Oct 2017 (first Disney Cruise ever!!) and want to sign the kids up for the Oceaneers Club. We are also concierge and have already given our requests (today was the 125 day mark ) I forgot to ask about oceaneers though. Do I need to schedule that ahead of time or just when we get on the ship? Thanks!!

If all the kids are over 3, then they can come and go from the clubs at will. If you want nursery time though, I'd email concierge and ask them to save you the times you most want (during spa, Palo, etc.) You'll fill out kid information online before you leave and the concierge agent at the port will give the kids heir bands.

There are some things you need to do online, like puttin gin your personal passcode that you will tell the club staff when you pick up your kids. Since you are concierge, you will not need to visit the kids club registration desk in the terminal or the registration deck once on the ship. It is my understanding that concierge guests can complete the registration process (picking up the magic band) at the concierge check in desk.
