Oceaneer's Club Question

Our friends are going on their first Disney Cruise (after hearing way too much about how great it is from us) on March 12th. They have a 4-year-old DS and a 2 1/2-yr-old DD. Their daughter is completely potty trained and very verbal and mature for her age. Has anyone ever heard of the Oceaneer's Club allowing a 2 1/2-year-old to particate? I know about the 'within one month of your birthday' thing but she will only be 2 1/2 at the time of sailing. They could put her in the nursery but she'll be bored to tears. Her brother will be in the 3-4 yr-old group and they would both enjoy being together. Any thoughts?

It is my understanding that she will not be able to go to the Club. Our son was 2 1/2 and he was a little bored in Flounders. All he wanted to do is watch the movie.

I dont think they will, but you should ask. Just explain the situation.
