We will be cruising on the Maigic in February '05 with my daughter and her family.

My grandson will be about 3½ at that time and will require an afternoon nap. My question: Are there facilities in the Oceaneer Club for the little ones to take their nap?

Thanks...

Yes and no. Each afternoon after lunch they have a "Quiet Time Movie" where they put out mats and the children have to be quiet while they show a movie. They don't require a nap but many children, especially the younger ones do go to sleep. They don't have a separate area for naps.

Check the Navigators at www.dcltribute.com/navigators and click on either Eastern or Western and then Kids and Teens Navigators you can view the activities for each age group.

I think many parents choose to take their children to their cabin for a nap so they can be sure the little ones arent' to tired for the evening.

I know we took naps almost every afternoon and we're lots older than 3 1/2. We were on Vacation and that was a very restful activity.

I have to add that we just got off our cruise- my youngest is 3 and in the club and my hubby saw the cutest thing- he said that when he went to pick our son up some of the kids had fallen asleep on their mat and the counselors just picked up the whole mat and moved them to a quiet part of the club! the counselors said that usually in the middle of the week the kids start to crash at quiet time!

Thanks CM_Mom & smahoney6. I appreciate your help...
