Oceaneer club/lab staff tips?

Hi all!

We’re heading out on our second Disney cruise in a few days, and I was wondering about bringing things for the CM in the kids’ areas.

Last time we were onboard (a few years ago), our DS was in the nursery. At the time I had heard that the nursery CMs were not allowed to accept tips or gift cards, so we brought some new magazines and some individually wrapped candy for the nursery staff.

Now that DS is old enough for the Oceaneer Club/Lab, is the tipping policy still the same? Is there something else that the staff is allowed to accept that I could bring? Any suggestions for things they might want that I can bring on board for them? Also, should I give them the goodies at the first check-in, later?

None of the kid's clubs CMs are allowed to accept tips.

Any gifts (candy, magazines, etc) can be accepted to be shared by the whole staff.

Do you order the pizza through room service and bring it? Multiple pizzas? Do you ask them first? I’ve never brought them room service before
