Occupancy question

So far it is just my DH and I going on our April trip. 2 friends of ours may join us. Our first 2 nights are at POFQ and the next 3 at a one-bedroom villa. Do I have to put them on the reservation and will I get charged extra at POFQ?? Thanks!!

If you want room keys for them for early entry or extra magic hours then yes you will be charged for the extra adults in the room. If they don't have room keys they won't be able to participate in those activities.

They may not be charged even if you get keys. I've had people join me, I've told the front desk and gotten keys, but never had a charge added.
