Occupancy question

This December, I am sharing DVC with my friends and family. They are coming and going and I'm not sure what I need to about putting them on the registration.

Me and DH will be there 12/5 - 12/15. My Dad and his GF will be there 12/5 - 12-/12, and our friends are coming up 12/9 - 12/12. What do I need to do so that when my friends arrive, they can check in? I'm guesing I just call MS and put thier names on the ressie. Anything else?

I would just call MS and add them to your reservation. Then when you check in, you can tell them that the guests won't be there until 12/9.

This is assuming you have a 2BR reserved. It sounds like you will need it.

Yeah, I have a 2bdrm reserved but I'm on waitlist for one more night in the 2bdrm. I'm trying not to be too optimisitc about it becoming available, but I really hope it does! SOON!

D4D: You should give MS a call just to inquire about your waitlist. You never know what will happen. Calling has worked for quite a few people. I was even told once that the waitlist came through but I had never been notified.
