Ocala center for room deals?

Can a good deal be had by stopping at the Ocala Disney Center and making reservations?
What about in late May?

During off-peak seasons, then I believe there are some deals to be had. BUT in late May, that's a busy time, and if rooms are available they're not likely to be discounted.

You also run the risk of no rooms in your price range being available--then what?
