Obtaining DAS outside Disneyland parks at Guest Services

We will be going Disneyland arriving Saturday, staying on site. We want to use the EMH sunday morning. I know there is a guest services in the entry plaza (but before you swipe your ticket). Is it possible to get a DAS at that guest services (outside the park entrance) on Saturday? To the extent it matters, we had a DAS at Disneyland a year ago for the same reason.

Fwiw, we needed the stroller as a wheelchair tag and I asked a cm in the ticket booth area if that could be taken care of outside the park, I was told it had to be done at the guest relations inside the park. Don't know if the cm was accurate, or if it would be different for the DAS, though.

The 'official' information from Disney for both WDW and Disneyland is that getting a DAS or things like stroller as wheelchair tag is done at the Guest Relations inside of the theme parks.

Some people have reported being able to do it at Guest Relations just outside of a park at WDW. Others have reported not being able to. So, you can try, but just be aware you may be told that you need to go inside of the park.

There hasn't been a GS window outside the park in years. There's the ticket booths and lost and found has now relocated there. (There is a CM there for C33 check in, but they won't help with anything else) The GS window used to handle ticket issues, but now they direct you to the ticket booths. The CMs at the ticket booths are not trained at GS and don't handle DAS. The people who have reported obtaining a DAS outside the park were in WDW, not DLR.

If you're doing MMH that day, they will let you in a few minutes early and stop you at the rope at main street. At that time, GR won't have a wait and you can be in and out before the rope comes down.
