Obstructed View Stateroom Question...

Do the Cat. 7 Staterooms (not the normal navigator verandah's but the reclassified "Obstructed View") accomodate 3 or 4? I know all of the Navigator Verandah staterooms say "3". I'm getting ready to book our Spring Break '05 cruise and I'm checking all the angles but there are 4 of us!

Those only hold 3...no ceiling bed in those rooms.
