Having just bought 200 pt. BWV in Oct. and now trying to another 200-250 pt. at BWV, here is what I am seeing regarding BWV. In the last two months asking prices and accepted prices have been going down. Accepted offers at BWV as low as $60 pt. to the 75-80 range. The other side of the coin is that Disney has been exercising their ROFR at BWV from $78 pt. and down. Summary- closing prices are going way down, but the buyer is Disney and not the public. We will see what happens, but so far the Mouse is still hungry.

Interesting.

We're putting 305 BWV (April UY) points on the market Dec 1. I was hoping to get $80 pp. Oh, well, maybe will still can...if we're patient. We've got about 18 months 'til the proceeds have to go toward college tuition.

I agree.

We are waiting for ROFR on a BWV October use year 100 point contract. Disney just exercised it's ROFR on a 350 point contract with the same use year - $78 per point. We are still waiting. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I think $80 with a loaded contract is the high end of the market but salable . It looks like a dollar or two less is selling quicker. IMHO I think as time goes by, the prices will not go up, but rather go down a little more. If I were seller, I would do it now rather than later

Think higher. Just sold 100 BWV points at $87. If you don't need to panic, don't! I think there is a great deal of panic selling going on.

That's a relief. I was hoping the high price of BLT would make resales attractive. I'm not gonna get greedy, but we do have plenty of time.

I think a larger contract will always sell for less than a smaller contract. 100 pt. vs. 350 pt.
