Observation about AKL's Kidani Addition

Was looking at my Dreams book I just got and studying the new Kidani addition at AKL. Noticed that there appears to be a real lack of parking for over half the building. In a thread on the Dis many people have mentioned how long a walk it is from the bus stop to their room on the far end of the Kudu trial. Well, it appears to be even more from the lobby to the far end of the new addition. And, there is almost no parking on that end because of the pool and savanah. Anybody else notice that?

I also heard underground parking - like HHI partially has.

Yes alot of the parking will be ground level, as none of the rooms can be ground level on the Savanna side due to the animals so a useful way to use the ground level was for parking.

How did you get a dream book? I requested one from my guide and he claimed he was 2 day fed-exing it to me but we never got it. I bought one on Ebay with some other DVC stuff but it's from 2006.

Disney will send you out a book if you request DVC information online. If that doesn't work I'll give you the one I got before joining.

I just called the number on the DVD.

And yes it came FedEx.

FYI, they have already painted the outside of the first Kidani section! Looks to me like parking is underneath.

Hmm that would make sense...plus considering so much of the transportation at AKL/AKV is reliant on buses since there are no monorails, boats etc.
