Do you like your body shape? If not, you can start to do something about it. Choose a sensible eating plan, and even more important, get and/or stay physically active. Talk to your doctor, mom, or nurse at school for advice if you want. The goal is to be healthy and happy with yourself.
A label of "fat" or "obese" isn't necessary to start on a healthy life. Those words can hurt. Without knowing you, I have a feeling that you are about to start on a new way of living, and you picked the right group of people to come to! We need you to help cheer us on, and we REALLY want to see you succeed in sticking with an eating/activity plan that makes you feel GOOD!
Remember - you are much more than simply a body shape.
