OBB discount around holiday ?

All, while I know you can’t use an OBB discount (10% off portion) on a cruise over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, I can’t remember if it can be used between Christmas and New Years? Or is it anytime between Christmas and New Years no OBB discount can’t be applied to the cruise costs? I’ve forgotten and attempting to look at dates for next year as opening prices for those times, while ideal, are just more than I want to pay! Thanks all!! (Yes, I know you get to keep the on board credit to your stateroom even if booking and discount towards cruise isn’t applicable for holiday).

Holidays are usually blacked out, although other sailings for very popular times are as well. For 2019, it does look like all sailings between Christmas and New Years are blacked out. I would expect the same for 2020.
