Not entirely true. If he doesn't sign it within 10 days (not including Sundays), it becomes law without his signature. Or, if Congress adjourns in the interim, it's effectively vetoed without presidential action.

I don't think they want to go to Switzerland. They have a fully-functioning, consumer driven, non-profit universal health care system that seems to work very well. They may be neutral, but they are still commies!
