If we have a cruise booked that we booked OB B and we decide to cancel it, can we book another cruise when we cancel and keep/apply the OB B discount to the next cruise? We have never been in this situation. Also, we have never booked a placeholder, just cruises. If we book a placeholder, do we still get the OB spending credit?

As long as you aren't past the PIF date for the cruise you have booked, instead of canceling you can change the date and push it out. As an OBB, you must cruise within 24 months of the date you first made the OBB. If the next cruise you want is more than 24 months after you booked the OBB, your reservation will lose the OBB benefits.

A placeholder is the same, it just isn't a specific date. The initial deposit is $250. Once you assign it to a specific cruise date, full OBB benefits apply (except for concierge and black-out dates).

Enjoy your cruise!
