Looks like my MIL cats.....Fritz, Mickey and also my cat (that past this past summer) Romeo....I got Romeo from Romancing the Stone movie.....took me like 3 weeks to name him and just happened to click on that channel and heard the cats name.
If I named him after ppl who helped me get him it would be after myself!! LOL!!! So far we have tired jake, simon, timmy. but nothing is sticking. I just thought of Gabe - but not sure if my D will like that. This silly cat is sitting on my shoulders right now - wrapped around my neck doing groundwork. He is a real people cat - needs a really cool people name!!! Cant name him mickey - as my ex-mother in laws nickname was aunt mickey (dont ask!). Help!!
I guess that would only work if you were a narcissist
I assumed you had gotten him, I only meant you might be able to draw a name from the worker at the pet shop or the name of the breeder. I guess "got him for you" wasn't the best way to say what I was thinking...but it is late and my brain is on overtime.
Another suggestion based on your sig picture....it looks like your DD likes Alice in Wonderland, maybe you could name the cat the Mad Hatter or after one of the Tweedles??
Looks like he's capable of causing great amounts of 'chaos'. I say chaos. Of course, my three cats are named Bootsie, Fluffy, Domino. Others were Cyd and Phil. Shows you how good I am with names!! He sure is cute!!
Seems to me you named the kitten when you discribed him - Spunky - although I guess there aren't too many people out there with that as a name but it might work for a cat.
He's an absolute doll! But as a HUGE cat lover (I have 6), I've yet to see one I didn't think was adorable! LOL
My son suggested Lancelot.
Since you said he was "spunky", this made me think of Punky Brewster. (don't know why...not much coffee yet I guess), so my suggestion is Brewster.
Make sure you let us know!!!!
He looks like a Sam to me...like NH said - I have no idea why but that's what popped into my mind!!! ROFL I guess we aren't much help! I also think Spunky is a good name!!!
He looks just like my kitty that I had when I was young! I named him "kitty"One day I came home from school (3rd grade) and my "parents" had given kitty away to the humane societyI still haven't forgiven them
He is so cute and his personality sounds like you'll have lots of fun, congratulations on your kitty
