O/T Anyone listen to CFRB 1010?

I was wondering if anyone here in the GTA and surrounding area are regular listeners to CFRB 1010 and what you thought of the new changes that take place in a couple of weeks? It's to bad they let go of the Motts. I enjoyed listening to them and the topics they brought up. I don't know about 4 hours of Bill Caroll. I like John Tory but I find him a little painful to listen to if it's more than an hour time slot. I don't know if he has much experience in radio. He's a great guy, but he doesn't always I don't know, flow very well. I'm going to miss John Moore in the afternoons I love him.
I wish they would do something to shake up the weekend programming. I find it a little blah at times.

I always enjoyed listening to CFRB when I lived in the Toronto region. It's a shame what management has done. I'm a former radio guy and don't miss the business for reasons like sudden staff changes.

A friend with 29 years at one station recently got let go... for no real reasons.

The only thing I listen to on the weekend's is Ben Mercer's Trivia! We love it!!

I really like Bill Carroll. When he moved to his current time slot, I'd miss most of his show. Now I'll get to hear most of it! Awesome!!!

Michael Corrin was let go along with the Motts and Jackie Delaney and some other contributors.

Bill Carroll will be from 9 am to 1 Pm. 2 hours will be local and then 2 hours will be snyndicated across the country and have a more I guess American type of talk radio vibe. John Moore is 6-9, Jim Richards is 1-4 then John Tory is 4-7. It would have been nice for them to have a female host somewhere in there It's all guys! I guess it's a very male dominated field

CFRB is pretty much all I listen to and I also feel this new line up is too male dominated. However, I must admit as much as the Motts felt like old friends I was so tired of hearing Paul talk hockey and Carol talk about Dancing with the Stars or American Idol. I dont watch either and just changed the station when they did those topics which seemed to be more and more. I actaully like John Tory and found myself a couple of times thinking he should have more weekday time, he is ind of like an "everyman" and seems to have a good nature without being goofy, we will see how long it last....
