O/N stay@ HI Express & Flight change

Now the stress begins!!!! Room at HI express at Gatwich was adequate & clean but they were really unhelpful there! We were allocated a smoking room and they were supposedly full so couldn't move us! Now I am at Gatwick and Virgin have amalgamated their 2 fights so that makes a mockery of us booking the early one!! So rather than shout at someone here which will not get me anywhere I thought I'd punch the keyboard for a bit!!!!!! Virgin did change my seats at check in though so we are nearer the front of the plane, wish I'd tried my luck and asked for Premium Economy now!!!!!

Don't blame you for being frustrated - I'll keep my fingers crossed that once you are on that plane though, you'll be stress free and the holiday can really start

Basically it seems that the vs015 (12.30 departure) was cancelled and the v027 from earlier (our flight scheduled for 11.15) was delayed until 12.30!!!! More bad news though, hence I am writing again!!! Now delay is until 14.00, they have softened us up with £5 refreshements, I hope that doesn't mean that there is more bad news to come!!!!
