O.K. rethinking April...help!!!

Now that some of you great prople out there have "warned" me regarding the first week in April, I am wondering about going May 18-May25. How is this time of year? Are there many school groups?

Hi disny4fun,

May 18-25, 2002 could be a great time to go
except for the 25th. That is the saturday of
memorial day weekend and it will be busy.
The rest of the time will not be that busy, as
it is just before school starts getting out
around here.

Weather wise it will most likely be hot. We
went last year (2000) the week after
memorial day and it was very hot during
the day. Nites were around 70 to 75. I
think that last year was a unusual year
though.

We had friends who went in May and they said there were groups of kids everywhere. Everyone trying to get there last minute field trips in. She said it was packed.

May is a great time to go! It's usually not too hot yet (but bring fans!) and the summer crowds haven't arrived yet! Good choice!
