How far is Sea World from DW?

How far is Discovery Cove from DW?

Would it be better to get a hotel near DC or SW and then go to DW?

DW and SW are only like 15 minutes apart. If you have a car then you can stay anywhere you want. If you are going to rely on transportation then stay on DW property. A taxi from Disney to SW was $25 for 4 adults and 2 kids when I was there in 09/08

I got the Hilton Garden Inn for about the same as a value resort at WDW... so we are going to hit SW on arrival day, stay at the Hilton and go to DW the next day.... then I am heading to a WDW resort. I may come back over to SW for one day, but don't have it carved in stone yet. Figured I didn't want to get lost getting to DC as I am hoping to get there early adn truly enjoy the full day.
