I think, whoever want to pay to watch it, should send the money to the Brown's or Goldman's instead. Wouldn't that be great! the producer's make NO MONEY on it, and yet, the families are getting something!

OJ is getting something. It may not be cash, but maybe a month in some luxury resort, or a membership to a golf club...SOMETHING.

I totally agree w/everything you wrote!!! OJ is def. getting something out of this, otherwise he wouldn't be wasting his time!!!! He wouldn't do it w/o it benefitting himself. And, I'd love to see every single penny go to the families instead of the idiots who are making it!!!

Notice in the article it said he did not get paid. If he did, the victims families would get the money because of the lawsuit. Other than his retirement income from football, the families get anything and everything he makes.

Who supports his kids then??

Personally, I don't like OJ Simpson. I think the "joke" is very tacky. That being said, he was found "not guilty" by a jury, whether we agree with the verdict or not in the criminal case. In CIVIL proceedings it is simply a preponderance of the evidence (is it more likely or not) with a monetary judgement. The civil court has obligated him to pay the families of Nicole and Ron.

I have to wonder about folks who would actually pay to watch that type of show.
