O’Hanna question

I have been able to easily book ADRs and modify times for all our TS meals at 3 1/2 months out....all except O’Hanna. I found a 3:40pm for O’Hanna for a Wednesday, and have tried to modify it several times a day for a few weeks, only finding times later than 9pm. Why am I not seeing anything, when I have been able to book 2 lunches at BOG at great times that I have modified a few times already? I am looking to seat only 2 people.

That reservation can be tough to get. At 3 1/2 months out, it's not unlikely that there wouldn't be anything available at a more traditional dinner time. It's also not unlikely that people will change their plans, so it's worth it to keep trying.

It’s a popular reservation, keep trying and something a little better should eventually come up.

It is a popular one. For popular reservations, I find that most people don't drop times until they absolutely have to do so. So your best chance of getting a better time is sometime during the week of the reservations up to 24 hours before. That's when most people cancel because they will be charged after 24 hours. Keep trying. It is a fun place to eat.

Ohana is popular... But on our last trip, I was able to modify the time for our reservation day of from a late dinner to 7pm. Just keep checking.

It is one of the most popular reservations at Disney, so it's not really surprising nothing is available. Sign up for a reservation finder and just periodically check. I usually have good luck in the middle of night for hard to get reservations. Also check a day or two before when people are cancelling to avoid the no-show fees. If you can't change it, that time isn't really bad. I've done it a few times, its not crowded yet so no wait to be seated, the food is all hot and fresh and when you're done with a huge meal it's not super late so you have time to digest.

Ohana is very popular.

I got a reservation for 8pm on a Saturday (with a great table for fireworks viewing) and it took me a couple of months to get it.

I got it around July 4 for Sept 8. I used the Touring Plans res finder and it took several tries to get it, but I did.
I think you'll be able to get it, too. Just keep trying.

Check the cancelled ADR thread on here. You might get lucky. Has worked for me many times.

Can coordinate with another member to grab the ADR if they cancel it.

The last time we ate at Ohana was during the 4th of July week and the only reservation I could get was around 9:00 PM. Hardily any smaller children which made it less noisy. Still had the coconut games and singer. Watched a partial view of the fireworks from 4 or 5 rows back from the window with ease. When we were finished eating MK had a late night closing so we went there with no FPs to speak of and had a jolly time.

This trip we have a ressie around 3:00 PM and I'll just adjust our schedule to make the most of it.

Should you really want a later ADR, keep checking, open up a reservation finder, and yes check the Cancelled ADR thread for the month you are going.

Happy hunting.

Ohana is one I would definitely check the day of or the night before as people cancel to avoid the 24 hr penalty. We've been able to snag one every time we've gone at the time we wanted that way!

Right now all my TP reservation searches are dedicated to CG's brunch. Since TP doesn't have a brunch search just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and time searches I decided to increase my odds by putting in 2 searches for different times. Once that ADR is secured, it opens up space for an 'Ohana and M. Paul search;).
