NYPD/ Free WDW Ticket Extended to End of Year

I was informed by my husband that a memo went out last week and it announced that the Free WDW 7 Day ticket voucher is still available and been extended to the end of the Year(it was due to expore at the end on April) you get up to 5 additional tickets at 50% off for Family. I have already taken advantage of this offer but I would like all of those of you that thought you missed out that is has been extended, because as you know it not possible for a Dept of 30,000 to cram all there vacation into a 4 month period as WDW had originally given for this gift. This is very pleasant news.

That is great news! I don't personally benefit from this, but my co-worker's husband has been very, very active down at Ground Zero straight off from Sept. 11th. They very much wanted to take advantage of this, but their schedules wouldn't allow before April. They kept wishing it was until end of year, and now their wish came true....I just called her and told her to ask her hubby, so thanks!!

I also was told this at work(NYPD). But Disney has told me this is not true. So we wont really know until someone tries down in Disney itself.
