My DBF and I have a ressie for dinner at CRT at 8:15 p.m. for NYE. We will be in the park all day and wanted to celebrate the new year at the castle. I figure we will be finished with dinner by 10:00 p.m. After dinner, I wanted to hang out in front of the castle to see the fireworks. Where is the best place to see the fireworks over the castle and what should I do if I have extra time between dinner and the fireworks? I know it will be crowded, so should I just plan on camping out and waiting? Should I bring something to sit on?

Really and truly - you get the best view of the 180 degree fireworks, it's not as spectacular inside the park. We don't try to watch holiday fireworks inside the Magic Kingdom anymore because it's just not as good.
