I know it's gonna be busy, but will we be able to sit down somewhere if we have CS lunch and dinner?

As it'll be our first day in the parks, I'm hoping to do Princess Character brekkie late in the morning, so we shouldn't be hungry for a while. And since it's gonna be such a long day, I thought maybe we could make a very late lunch ADR (4pm) at San Angel Inn, and split 2 meals. Then later in the evening (8pm??) ADR at the Coral Reef for us all to have dessert.

Thing is, how long will be wait to be seated with our ADR's on NYE? Is it gonna save us any time and/or inconvenience? Are we better eating CS, not having to worry about making our ADR's on time, (& hoping WDW will be efficient enough serving all those people, and that we'll be able to find somewhere to sit down, relax, and eat)?

Thanks!

We will be there this NYE as well for the first time - also at Epcot(!) so I think Epcot will be plenty busy (understatement):santa: . I have been at other busy times - like Easter and 4th of July, and I always prefer having adr's - so we can at least sit somewhere and get out of the heat (though I guess that won't be issue) I would suggest having adr's for breakfast and maybe the earlier San Angel one - maybe making it like 5 if your breakfast is late. I would not do another one - you will wait like forever. If you get hungry later, just do cs somewhere.
