NYE 10am open?

Hi,

I read on Mousesavers that Epcot is opening at 10am on NYE, but MK and MGM are opening at 8. Could this be accurate?

According to disneyworld.com, Future World is opening at 8:00am, WS 9:30am on Dec 31. WS is opening at 10:00am from Dec 24 to 30, FW 8:00am.
